Delicious food! Amazing friendly staff! Manager came over numerous time to make sure we were ok. Ribs were super yummy!

Huge beef ribs oh my gosh. Just got done eating here the portion is decent waiter was very nice not a bad price. We had a coupon but even without 4 people for 120 without coupon with coupon and tip $ 100 1 appetizer, blooming onion very good house sauce was very well prepared. I like a southern style bbq sauce vinegar based but this was not a bad northern style sauce sugar based thick. Waiter was friendly and efficient very attentive to the needs of our table 2 orders of steak medallions and 1 of those was with a half rack of pork ribs medallions were very big and Terrific portions 2 orders of beef ribs gigantic bones we took the bones home for the dogs and they are sooo happy I will be returning in a few weeks to try something else the food was great again

If you are picky I do not recommend you going here. If you like your food cooked exactly the way you want it and no other way– do not go here. I got the New York strip. It was good and I had no problems. My dad and boyfriend both got ribs and neither had problems either. However, I would not say it was great. My dads girlfriend got a burger and she had nothing but complaints– burger cooked wrong, cold fries, bad management. Only two common complaints: cold fries, tangy barbecue sauce. Everything else was just OK.

I’m an adult, at least in the eyes of the law, so I have no one to blame but myself for eating at a gigantic chain like Tony Roma’s. In my defense, I was in Niagara Falls NY. Interestingly enough, there were several outstanding portions of the meal. First, my server was great! Friendly, fast and very outgoing. The«Romarita» overcame its Exit Through The Gift Shop name and despite being pricey was quite excellent. The wedge salad was a very pleasant surprise. Crispy iceberg with plenty of bacon, red onions and blue cheese with a nice twist of having two dressings on either end of the plate. Very, very nice. And so I awaited the main with some anticipation. I ordered the medallions with ribs, beef topped with au poivre and the ribs with sriram ha bbq sauce. The plat came with veg and«loaded mashed potatoes». Let’s start with the good… the medallions were cooked properly, tender with a tasty pepper sauce. But it’s at this point everything fell apart. The ribs were chewy and had obviously been cooked sometime in the past to be reheated in a wave with a bbq sauce that, well, was just bad. I LOVE hot food so it wasn’t the heat that turned me, it was the lack of any flavor. Heat should enhance taste, not simply be heat for its own sake. And frankly, it wasn’t even that hot! Ribs=not good. The taters were a disaster. Again reheated and the topped with cold cheese and cold bacon. Took the cheese awhile to begin to melt. Even then, the result was tasteless goo. But it was the broccoli that was the final nail. I really can’t describe how bad it was. To truly understand, watch«the tuxedo begins» episode of 30 Rock. I really wanted to suplex Liz Lemon upon encountering it! Ruined what otherwise would have been a pleasant if disappointing meal. But again, I have no one to blame but myself. I HAVE learned my lesson!!!

I came here last week with my friend and we sat at the bar, Steve was very attentive and the food was excellent! We ordered the kickin shrimp and it was amazing they where crunchy, spicy, and creamy!!! Then I got the strip steak, it was cooked perfectly and came with a side salad, I upgraded to the blue cheese wedge chop and it was amazing!!! Management and bar staff are great!!! Must try!!!

It was our frist time their. The food was really good the the service was ok. I think with just opening the staff will get better. The staff forgot to put dressing on a salad. They quickly fix the problem. The beef ribs are very good.

This place sucks! I ordered a NY strip medium well, it come out medium rare. My strip was suppose to come with soup but I never got the soup. I ordered my strip with rice, never got it. Took some of my sisters rice in front of the waitress because I never got mine and she didn’t do anything. They also had a breakfast buffet that consisted of your standard bacon, sausage, bagel, bread that you had to toast on your own, and scrambled eggs which cost my family of four $ 60

What a great time I had last night at Tony Roma’s, it was like a dinner and a show and all I paid for was the dinner! I sat at the bar and was greeted by one of the two best bartenders I’ve had in a while. Lenny and Terese(not Teresa!) were a dynamic duo, those two were hysterical, worked very well together and honestly made our dining experience wonderful! The food was good, but I will be back because of those two! My one and only complaint is no happy hour! But I was assured that there will be one soon! Thanks guys!

I had a terrible experience. I went to this restaurant on 8⁄7 as a part of a large bridal party. To make things easier for the restaurant a small menu was created specifically for the bridal party. 70% of the party including myself has to wait roughly 2hrs for food. The wait staff did not apologize, and the excuse given by the manager was that the kitchen was only two weeks old. The manager stated that she made the drinks complimentary, however a lot of the party drank water, which of course was scarcely refilled. So the complimentary drinks did nothing. Also, they still charged the party the automatic gratuity, dude to the size of the party, which was extremely unfair given the lack of performance by the staff. Oh… and the food was simply just ok. I will NEVER return and don’t recommend this restaurant to large groups.

Despite what other people might have said about this restaurant, it was a really great experience! The bread was good(we had 2 orders of it). We both had the filet medallions and ribs combo. The steak was cooked to both of our liking and the ribs were literally falling off the bone when we picked them up! I recommend this restaurant and we will be back soon.

Went here tonight, place was not busy, hostess puts us at a booth right near the kitchen. There are empty tables all over the restaurant with better views and she put is buy the kitchen. The bread came to the table and it was hard as a rock. You could put it threw a wall. My husband order the $ 30 steak and ribs, it was not worth the money. He asked for the steak to be rare, came out cooked. Not going back!

We went in for breakfast at 10:30 and somehow the hostess didn’t know if they were still serving breakfast(they stop at 11…). Then she seated us, somehow our table was stolen by another party and our new seat had us waiting 20 minutes for coffee and a waiter. At one point we had to search for one. For a place that just opened, that service would not convince anyone to come back. We did the breakfast buffet, which was odd. The food was dry, meat was just covered in oil and the fruit had an extremely weird taste. If in Niagara, I would highly suggest going somewhere else.
