At this location, they seem to take random 10 minute breaks throughout the day. When you come up to the counter, you may find a sign that says «be back in 10 minutes» and so you walk around the mall a little longer and come back.
I placed an order of the mango yogurt, and it was made with plain yogurt and pieces of mango, blended together. It was delicious and had a refreshing taste which I enjoyed.
Employees could probably smile and interact a little more. Service was less than average. Prices are fair.

I did get to Yogen Fruz about 30 minutes before closing, so that may account for the sort of confused service I got. The young ladies were very nice and polite, but just seemed a little distracted.
It was my first visit, so I needed some help with how to order. .. and I still wasn’t totally clear on the pricing for «custom» orders, so I opted for the key-​lime pie, one of their «standard» offerings. I have to say, it was TOTALLY delicious but really looked like a mess in the cup (again, the servers didn’t seem like they were totally on their game).
So, this might have been a five-​star experience, but it just wasn’t quite there on this visit. I’ll definitely stop in again, though, and give it another try.

REAL FRUIT — in every smoothie ! I just finished a mango pineapple mint smoothie! It is refreshing smooth and my new favorite. Every Friday I swing by the niagara fashion outlet to treat myself and kids. The service is fast and fun. They know me by name now :-) My son always gets chocolate soft serve with extra strawberries and my daughter loves her key lime pie made with graham cracker. Yogen fruz is our favorite cool spot and a great start to the weekend! Finally something healthy in the mall!
