I went in there and bough some frozen yogurt for myself– Its based on weight. I didn’t even fill my cup up, and didn’t add any toppings and it came to 7.15 $ WOW. Guys learning from other businesses mistakes in Niagara Falls that the clientele around here as an annual income of 12,000 or less — meaning NO ONE is buying expensive ice cream/​frozen yogurt like they would in say maybe Amherst. Keep these prices up and you will become another Andersons, Road House Grill… The list of failures goes on…
Bottom Line: Lower your prices, until then I will not, and wont return nor recommend this place.

So glad these guys decided to open up a shop in NF! Only wish it would have been downtown, closer to the tourist area but even in the burbs it’s appreciated.
I like this location much more than the Elmwood one. The space is well laid out, the staff is great, the flavors are well chosen, and the topping bar is sick!
I understand why staff members fill the sample cups but for those of us that have been enjoying froyo bars for a while, it would be nice to be able to sample ourselves without waiting on others to make a decision. Just sayin’.
All in all a great addition to Niagara Falls and a must stop spot when going shopping!
