Excellent customer service! Another local sign company would not return my calls or show up for appointments I made when I stopped by their store. Accent Signs came over the day I stopped by and their follow-​up service has been excellent. We have purchased business cards and window lettering from them also and I am so pleased with all these areas of service. Thank you Accent Signs for making my business more visible to the public and for making the process extremely smooth.

i used this company recently for the same reason everyone else does, they are the biggest company in town. i spent nearly $ 1000 at their shop to help promote my new business, and experienced delays and miscommunication beyond reason. the finished product is barely visible from more than 10 feet away, day or night… and creases are visible throughout the design. on top of that, due to THEIR goof, they actually installed the rough draft instead of the revised final draft with different wording. not to fool me the one time only, i also purchased my business cards through them at 4 – 5 times the price online, after 3 weeks of waiting the final product appeared to have been designed by toddlers. photoshop lines and incomplete graphics. when i brought this to the owner’s attention, he explained that i approved the draft and went on to tell me some 5 minute tale about how they spelled a man’s name wrong on his signs, and laughed at him that he (the customer) should have noticed sooner… really? shouldn’t a sign company be MOSTLY concerned about the spelling of the advert? bottom line, i hated my experience with this company, and after speaking to other local business owners’ similiar stories about missed deadlines and wrongly spelled signs, i will NEVER use or recommend this company for any work.
