My husband and I love this place. This is our go to place if we want something a little more than just the basic sushi rolls. Great sushi is hard to find and between Destin and Mobile, this is one of our favs. Definitely call in to see if Mike is working at the sushi bar. He is fantastic!

Delicious hibachi and sushi. Reasonably priced, but that’s probably because they don’t do the whole «Benihana» show for you as well. When they discount the beer prices, they’re very cheap!

I’ve eaten here many a times and they never fail! I always get the Okinawa roll or chicken katsu. Everything is always fresh and on point. The staff are wonderful as well. We will continue to dine here and will recommend it to everyone.

The best in the area. Hands down. Both locations. Sushi is always fresh, the hibachi and Yaki soba are always delicious, the staff is the absolute best I have experienced at any resturant. Prices are great too! absolute best bang for your buck

In the heart of Niceville there lies a vast selection of sushi! Bamboo! Great atmosphere and easy parking. The chef’s are personable and often recommend rolls based on your TR tastes. Fast friendly and affordable. Great for a quick lunch. Ask for Randy.

I’d say if the taste could be a little better and the price could be a little lower and I’d give it 5 stars. Very clean, very popular, and better than the sushi place by Publix so worth a try!

Went back last night everything was spot on! Sushi was fresh and well presented. Danny and his crew was on top of their game. We ordered the steak habachi and it was perfect. The house beer is amazing. Outstanding choice guys. Service was amazing. Keep up the good work guys

Update: tried here again. Food was seasoned and tasted good. Main complaint is the price of Habachi. For $ 18 you only get steak, rice and a little vegetables. No soup, or salad. The sushi was very good though.
The location and dining area are nice, modern, and hipster trendy. The beer selection looks good, but the staff who took our order wasn’t knowledgable on beer, and their selection. I enquired about the seasonal Cigar City and she wasn’t aware of what was on tap.
I’ve heard great reviews about the food at the crestview location and was hoping for the same at this new location. I was mightily disappointed. The food, all of it, was bland. It was as if the cook forgot to add seasoning. My steak had a weird flavor… freezer burn. Tasted terrible. I’ll probably give another chance in hopes that the poor meal quality was due it being new, but it was not a good first impression.

Okay I tried bamboo again today with a friend and sat a the sushi bar and it was like a different world the sushi I chose was delicious, miso soup waa sweeter than other restruants ive tried (not in love), the seaweed salad was yummy but had much more dressing than i would perfer, not a deal breaker. This visit we had waiters who brought me food and drinks ran a tab, glad my friend made me come again because this time they did way better I’d come back, but will only be sitting at the bar. :D

My husband and I lived in Japan for 6 years, and I was so excited to try this new restaurant. The Shrimp Yaki Soba was good, but has a lot more vegetables than I would expect for that type of dish. But, still very delicious! I got the Tonkatsu Curry, I was really hoping for the traditional Japanese Curry that had a lot of curry sauce along with white rice and meat, but the curry sauce was delicious but there wasn’t much of it. There was more grilled onion than sauce. I loved the flavor of this dish, I know that anything that we get here in the states will never compare to the dishes we had in Japan, but I can hope! The Tonkatsu pork was very good., and I really loved the flavor of the curry! Please add more! Thank you

Brand spanking new to Niceville, Florida. I like the setup of pay before you dine idea and the staff was sweet enough to alter their udon so I can make it into ramen. We had their ny steak strip «ramen», kamikaze roll, kids teriyaki steak, edamame, miso soup and strawberry mochi. The servers were awesome, dinner was bomb dot com with our medium rare steak on point and the broth in my soup was just what I needed. The kamikaze roll was spicy enough for me and the fresh salmon inside made my tummy dance for joy. Food came out fast, within the first 20 minutes of ordering. Big thanks to the servers that made our first experience awesome and for complimenting my little guys costume while we waited. I hope this location thrives in this area!
