I came here for quick lunch with order to go. It’s in a strip mall. There were 5 people infront of me ordering and no other waiting. It took them more than 20 mins to get one order to go which I haven’t seen this slow service any other pen station. Food wise no complaints. Restaurant was clean otherwise. Definitely won’t go there if I don’t have much time for lunch!

Felt rushed to order. Yet my food took 15 mins to get. Food was good but service was poor. Bit expensive also $ 20 for two subs.

Service has improved since I was last here a year and 3 days ago. I was greeted as I arrived and again at the time they took my order. The cashier was friendly and helpful in my questions. I ordered a Philly cheese steak with all the trimmings and medium sized fresh made fries — they were wonderful. The wait wasn’t long and The food was served fresh and hot. As I left, they again acknowledge me with a friendly smile and a good bye. Their friendly appeal makes me want to come back. The restaurant was very clean and orderly.
