Great experience, Garrett W. made buying a new mattress easy and effortless. He was professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through the options, helping us easily narrow down to find our favorite mattress. We ended up with the Cloud Prima Tempur-​pedic option. Great choice. Delivery was easy and offered as quickly as the next day! I would for sure go back to this place. Great experience.

I had a very bad experience here, John Paul the store manager gave me a used mattress and I myself suspected and called him back on same day. His men came with another mattress an replaced the old one. They never defend themself that it’s new. What if never found its old mattress? What if the 2 nd mattress is also old one? The funny thing is John agreed that it’s because of some confusion in warehouse. It’s 3200 $ purchase I did and John knows my name very well. Again it’s my experience. my name is Ravikumar. I went looking for a new mattress today and on our first stop at American Mattress we found the most attentive, knowledgable and pleasant sales person who I have ever dealt with, Rob Quarnstrom. Rob juggled other multiple people in the store and I never felt that he was not available to answer my questions as he dashed among all of his customers giving all of us special attention. Rob was wonderful and provided me with all of the information I needed to make a tough choice. Hopefully, I made the right one, but Rob made sure that I was fully informed of the return policies and what to expect. I am looking forward to my immediate delivery (which also pleasantly surprised me). If you are looking for a mattress, I highly recommend going to Rob.

Wandered in to get a frame and boxspring– Rob greeted me immediately. The showroom is bright and clean, and this particular salesman knows what he’s talking about. I learned a lot– he enjoys sharing what he knows about the products and while he is a «salesman», he’s nice and polite. He arranged for a speedy delivery and delivery charges are nominal.
Let’s face it. Mattress shopping is is mattress shopping– the difference is in the quality of the floor sales people. This store will give you good customer service.
