oh, PLEASE! why the would I treat a phone that I paid $ 500 for like a piece of crap? I had that phone for 2 weeks. which, might I add, I had never EVER dropped. Don’t blame the poor customer service and the phone’s poor performance on the CUSTOMER. The owners should’ve taken responsibility for their inability to to provide a decent phone. At the time I brought it back it still even had the plastic on it. I hope through this review I can save someone some serious cash. From now on, if I plan on dropping a couple hundred bucks on a phone, I’m going to the service provider. At least they can provide decent customer service –I don’t care if I have to be put on hold for 15 minutes. it’s worth the wait.
