They are helpful and patient. But once they realize they don’t have a commission in the sale, they could care less. Customer Service vs. Commission. Commissions win with them. I guess understandable:) They won’t sell the devices in high demand unless they see a commission in the sale. And this happened multiple times with them.

This review is only about this store service, was in area and stoped at this store for a screen protector, I had a 30% off coupon on my phone, girl there asked me if I only had this coupon in my phone only and after I said yes she tells me that this store only except printed coupon, I had an offer from tmobile via text and used it twice at another location, and after that store I stoped by one by my house and they scaned the coupon and gave me the discount. Will not go to this store again ever.

So I went in here with a couple of questions and I got a whole lot more answered. The store manager Jose was very informative and showed me a couple things I didn’t know about my phone. Then he showed me a couple of items that I might be interested in.
