Burger King

I went thru the Drive thru on Bertrand and took 30 min then another time I went thru and they forgot some of my Order and didn’t know it till I got all the way home then went in town Niles and ordered two double Cheese Burgers but had NO CHEESE and tried calling three times and got no answer then complained on line and the owner called and told me he would straighten it out and today went thru the Drive thru and got jr whopper and paid for cheese and got all the way home and AGAIN NO CHEESE. BAD SERVICE! Called three times till got thru and the Manager there said maybe the we got the wrong burger and then the district manager called and said come all the way back in and he will give us another one! Don’t go to any Burger King in Niles!

I would give this Zero stars instead of One if I could. They took so long and asked me to hold on long enough I walked out without ordering anything and went across the street. Third time Ive had bad service so Im done with this location

This is by far the slowest Burger King I have ever been too. They also get orders wrong. Every time I come here people leave the drive through because it is so slow. I’ve been here for 12 minutes and haven’t gotten to the window… Go to Jimmy johns instead!
