I know. McDonald’s, 5 stars?
Yes. I always hate going to any McDonald’s because they always get my order wrong, take forever, or throw mayonnaise on something which is disgusting. But niles McDonald’s is not like that. I am always so impressed by their great customer service and friendliness. I am always impressed by how fast they deliver the food. They are also really good at making iced coffee. I hope they continue this. I’ve been very pleased with my experience there.

On average, this McD is hit or miss. If you go when they’re fairly busy, you’ll get warm food and almost fresh fries. If you go when they’re slow, chances are your food will be room temp at best.
You’ll never get warm perfectly cooked fries, they’ll always be soggy.
To add to the list of complaints about this location, for the past 5 months they are consistently «out» of ice any time you visit after mid morning. This has been an ongoing issue that has been ignored by management for far too long.
It’s time for a new ice machine and new management.
