This is a great place to eat buffet. The price is reasonable and the food is good. I love the stuffed crust pizza, a great addition to the pizza buffet!

Cicis is a great bargain if you are looking for a cheap, bad for you meal. You get an endless supply of greasy pizza, pasta, and salad. The pizza quality has improved over the years, but it is still pretty bad. They always have coupons so I highly recommend keeping an eye out. Two adults can dine for about $ 13 with drink when they run a special. They also have specials where kids eat free.
They try to keep the place clean, but they sometimes have issues keeping up. You can see crumbs on tables, and they can be sticky. It is tough to keep up at a place like this.
The staff is incredibly friendly and really want to make you happy. They will make any pizza you request. I also noticed that they recognized their regulars. That is always a good sign in my book.
The whole time I was there, I was also thinking that this would be a great place for a kid’s birthday party. I do not have kids, but I noticed a flyer listing party packages and a small arcade in the back. This is a step up from Chuck E. Cheese.

I’m conflicted because the concept and service is fantastic here but the food is nothing to write home about.

–Unlimited options and a wide variety of pizza and desserts (love the Bavarian dessert pizza).
–Service is super friendly and the staff has always been great about making custom pizzas and bringing out pipping hot plates of food.

Other than the Bavarian dessert pizza (which I would come here just for that), the rest of the slices were kind of boring. There was nothing memorable about the taste of the pizza. The quality was fresh but it just reminded me of cafeteria food from high school.
It’s A-​OK for cheap, filling, pizza.
Try the dessert pizza if you go :)

This restaurant is the worst restaurant that I’ve been to in my entire life. The customer service is horrible, the employees look to be an average age of 15 and the pizza is absolutely HORRIBLE. I had high hopes for this place when on my way here for the first time but within the first two minutes of being here I knew i had made a mistake. The pizza is cold, dough not even cooked, deserts with too much frosting/​sugar. We received water cups even though we paid an additional $ 5 for medium sodas. If you’re looking for a pizza buffet that is guaranteed to dazzle your taste buds and be a friendly family environment then DO NOT come to this restaurant. You are better off looking into the TAZINOS pizza buffet franchise with that being one of the best buffets hands down. Thank you for you’re time and i guess Cici’s pizza buffet will be missing many as I am sure this place will be out of business soon.

Went there for dinner tonight. Place was pretty empty. Food was OK. Felt nauseous when I left. Screaming kids for 20 minutes straight. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, someone vomited and clogged the sink. I told someone and they took a plunger to the sink. 10 minutes later I went back in there and there was still vomit crusted to the sink and all over the handle. I was so disgusted. When I walked out I went to grab a straw and the whole container was sticky and had an awful smell. I honestly see why these keep closing up. Will never step foot back in this nasty disgusting establishment.

The pizza is as good as can be expected for an inexpensive all you can eat place. The macaroni and cheese pizza is a crowd pleaser!

It was a nice place until today, the manager and coworkers are so stupid, ignorant, they don’t know how to treat the customers and don’t have respect for anyone… They forget they have a job for us

This place sucks! First off they dont accept coupons unless they are from Unilocal or cici’s. Second of all they barley had any pizza’s and last but not least there customer service sucks! My 2yr old son spilled some water and i went to the lady at the register and asked her for a rag or mop so I can clean up the mess and she looks at me and says im busy right now being a cashier when i get time i will have some one help you and walks away! Her name is Liysa. Worst experience every not worth the $ 30 i spent!

Made to order pizza is the best way to go at Cici They will make any pizza but keep in mind that custom pizzas are smaller than the ones on the buffet. Very good! The salad bar is less then appetizing but for $ 6.00 it the best u will get. Adding tomato to it
better. Shoot out to the bus boy he was super sweet and helpful with the kids in the gameroom! Talkative so be patient with him.

It’s a buffet. Salad, soups, and pizzas. Kids eat free on Wednesday’s from 4 – 9, 1 for each paying adult. Management and staff are friendly. If you are on a budget or have kids can’t go wrong. Free refills on pop and free WiFi if you ask for password. Desserts are better than one can say.

I had my doubts about this place but now that I’m here I live the food it’s fresh and hot and ready to serve. And I love the guy at the front named John

Family friendly and great for kids and adults as well.
4 stars is due to the all you can eat price and quality of the food… Overall, its a fast food pizza buffet joint. that only makes one style of pizza with many diff toppings and variations. with a few sides and a few good desserts.

Not good. I’ll never go back because the frozen pizza from Jewel Osco is much better! I also would not recommend to anyone… but their are some other their who love this place. I guess they like the concept of unlimited cheap pizza.
Yes I understand it’s a $ 5 buffet for one person, but you can get a $ 5 Little Caesars pizza that tastes 10 times better and it’s enough for at least 2 people!

Pizza buffet heaven. Good and cheap. They have a decent selection of toppings, pasta, soups and the best cinnamon rolls and brownies ever. Friendly staff too. Can get busy on a good night. Who thought that Mac n cheese pizza would be tasty, tried, loved it.

I love pizza so I enjoy eating at a pizza buffet place. They have a vairety of pizzas but honestly can’t tell the difference on how many more varieties one gets by eating dinner vs lunch except the price. My favorite pizzas are buffalo chicken, chicken bacon ranch, and the desserts like brownies, cinnamon. not to mention you can get soup, salad, pasta and garlic breadsticks! Place was clean and service was alright

They have a big variety of pizzas and it is awesome! Also, their pizza buffet is affordable, too! So worth it!

Update beware this place is dirty and the manager treats his employees like slaves. Here is some advice, since you decided to USE GROUPON, don’t make the customer feel like an idiot for using one.
Also, act like professional, don’t yell at employees in front of customers and don’t berate customers because you’re not responsible enough to keep track of the deals you sign up for.
AVOID THIS PLACE, GET A FROZEN PIZZA, better and much cleaner and better quality!

I love love love love love this place its the only place that i know of that sells buffalo chicken pizza and it tastes amazing! The owner is so funny and nice he greets everyone and will walk table to table to make sure everyone is okay occasionally and have light conversation ive been here more than a few times my son loves the little arcade area since he gets a free inflatable ball every time since theres always a winner :) great job cicis!!!

While this is a pretty typical Pizza buffet place, what makes it stand out is the owner, Bob. What a great guy who really understands customer service! Super friendly to the point of taking my 10 yr old son in back to have him make a pizza w him! It’s now one of our regular stops!

Cici’s. I like their buffet. Salad — simple and good. I skipped their pasta. Garlic bread good. Thin crust pizza were really good. Buffalo chicken was good. Sausage pizza was good. Desserts — Brownies, cinnamon rolls and bavarian caramel pizza was good.
Place was crowded. If you have never gone to Cici’s then maybe not a eye-​popping place for you, but cheap all you can eat food, once in a while is still fine. I think people’s expectations are low, then they would really enjoy the place if you go with a group.
