If I could give zero stars, I would. We came in for dinner around 5:30pm on a Tuesday night. There was one man sitting at the bar, other then that we were the only people in there. The phone rang once so they couldn’t have been busy with take it orders. The«waiter» who could have also been cooking the food and cleaning the dishes, shuffled his feet over to our table in his adidas sandals, covered in something to take our order. We orders ONE pizza and a salad. That took near 40 minutes. There wasn’t another person in the place. The staff was in the back playing darts, friends were coming in and out of the place to take to what staff there was and they were busy out front smoking cigarettes. On the verge of walking out I asked where our food it and I’m told«it should be ready soon!» Um, it’s been 40 minutes. All the while we hear the microwave and the bell for food pick up going on back there. The food was horrendous. Horrendous. First bite into the pizza. Ew. The chicken was cold on the«Caesar» salad which was all the top, limp pieces of the lettuce thrown in a bowl with a side of dressing. Do yourself the favor and don’t go. I don’t even know how they remain open.

Terrible pizza. Ordered through grubhub. There is barely any sauce on the pizza and it was over cooked.

ordered through grub hub. Ordered Mac and cheese bites and cheese frenchfries. Food gross. delivery good. DELIVERYGUYDIDNOTHAVEMONEYFORCHANGE. I ended up giving a $ 6 tip off a $ 14 meal. I am very disappointed and would like a refund of my $ 20 back. I will for sure never order from here again.

Horrible. Called the store back and asked for the manager. Girl on the phone asked why. I said you forgot 2 toppings. She said right away I believe you. Manager got on the call and said what! Your pizza is correct. I said NO! Can I send you a photo? No. Sorry. Stay away. A very sad business

The food was pretty tasteless. I’m sorry to admit. And the place smelled like a burnt oven, which did not make the food taste better. I would come here for drinks and leave the food alone. That being said, they are open late, so I have to give an extra star for that.

Pizza lacks sauce and any flavor. Whole bottom of pizza is covered in flour which is very strange.

Been eating at Pinochios since 1978 used to have the best pizza ever but the new owners have changed the recipe and now I’m sad to say it’s gone from the best to the worst ever Sorry true pizza fans you can get a better pizza at Pizza Hut I truly hope they find the error in there way and go back to making the best

Wanted to try something different for the Bulls game so I decided to try Pino’s for the first time in a couple years. I remember coming here for dinner a couple ago with my family and remember they had decent tvs and za but the service was a iffy. They offered great drink specials for the Bulls @ Cavs game, and we had a blast. FYI Bulls win! The two bartenders were friendly and the thin crust was still as good as I remember it. Good change of pace if you want to change the scene for a night out. The party kept going on til we departed at midnight.

First of all, the menu doesn’t list the prices for everything. None of their specialty pizzas were priced. The brews that were on the menu, yeah, they didn’t have most of them. Pizza was ok but food and beverages are overpriced for what you get.

Horrible business! BEWARE: They only accept the Groupon for dine-in, but they do not indicate that when you purchase it. The whole staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Sounds like someone should put this place out of its misery. We still haven’t gone back, despite the Groupon/Living Social offers. Anybody want to carpool to Edwardo’s in Oak Park?

I came in with a Groupon today. Last minute meal with the kids before going to the movies. Not sure if it was due to us all being famished, but it wasn’t as bad as the reviews stated. I actually really liked the super thin crust pizza and the hot wings were good. Kids loved them. Side salad I ordered was dressed up. I was expecting a super plain salad and I was pleasantly surprised. Negatives– very empty. This could be due to the customer service per other reviews… there was one guy taking orders and serving. Younger nice guy. Was quite pleasant but he kind of dragged on refills. The service was fast which I loved.

Terrible pizza, was worse than CPS«substitute pizza» we had in grammar school. What sucks is I live 2 minutes from this place and was hoping it would be good.

Horrible! Ordered dinner. .was told delivery would be 45 minutes. After 75 minutes, o called to be told they were busy and would leave in 2 minutes. Wa not told that my pizza had been sitting around for an hour before leaving for delivery. Called to complain when delivery came 105 mInutes after order placed and was told i could get a whopping 25% off next order. Won’t order from them again. Will go back to riggios…

9I have never received such rude and unprofessionally discourteous treatment at any restaurant ever! The food I got to order was good. Fast food service is a la carte blanche compared to this place! Thought it was odd when we 1st walked in, we were greeted with deep dish & pan pizzas take 45 mins, as if to deter our order when we weren’t ordering those items, but ok? However, when other people who came in after us, ordered after us, were getting their meals. The server which was a brunette woman not only took 45 mins to tell my friend that her 10 pc order of wings were not available because the cook used them the last pieces for carry out, but when asked how long a chicken pita would take she walked off mid-question. We called for her when she walked past, & politely asked how long it would take, to receive no response & she continued 3 times to flat out ignore us. Finally, my friend told her to cancel the order in which she runs to the kitchen & yells, «they cancelled the order». I don’t know if she was having a bad day, or was the color of my girlfriend’s skin tone(beautifully black), or if(by the reviews) the service here is just that… rude, but either way that was the 1st& the last time I’m offering my patronage there, & I’m upset that I’m posting my experience so others can consider before having to awkwardly endure this service. If ordering I would suggest carry out only!

This place used to be good about 6 years ago. I don’t know what happened. Maybe the old owner let the son/daughter run the business now. The place looks run down and the woman working there wasn’t too thrilled about being there. They were out of a lot of things when we were there. Those things don’t bother me as much as when owners/employees stop caring about customers. The worst part was we order a thin crust. We waited and waited. After 30 – 40 minute the person told us the cook made a deep dish instead. She said we can wait 5 minutes and thin crust will be ready. We waited 10 more minutes then decided it was bad idea to continue this. We left. I decided to leave money to pay for the food we did eat(salad and appetizer). I told her and she said«OK». That was it. No apology of any kind. If she apologize and make it seems like she care. My 6 year old son told us «We are never coming back here again. They made us wait and we don’t even get pizza!» My advice. Time to close shop or change your style. It feels like an episode of kitchen nightmare or restaurant impossible.

If there was an option for negative stars I would pick that. I ordered a slice to go. They took forever to fix it(lunch time 12 noon). No one was in the restaurant. I received a greasy piece of pizza. When I tasted it, the pizza tasted old like they warmed it up and drizzled oil over the top. This is a warning for all: stay away! Prices are high and food is horrible. Also the front entrance way was really dirty. After I ordered my food I noticed a plastic toy roach sitting on the counter. That should have been my warning to walk out!!! Never again!!! GROSS!!!

So, i had not been here since the 7th grade(like 15 years ago) and when i saw an amazon local voucher i had to snag it up. With the voucher, it was a pretty good deal: 12″ deep-dish pizza w/three toppings, a side salad, and a pitcher of beer for $ 20 The pizza was more like a deep dish style stuffed pizza rather than a deep dish and frankly it wasn’t that great. The bacon used for toppings was really fatty and shouldn’t have been used. We also asked for bacon on the whole thing, olives and mushrooms on one half but the olives were all over. It was definitely decent enough to me but it may be cuz i have not had a deep dish pizza in a long time but my girlfriend said she was not a fan. Their thin crust pizza is still good to go, as it always has been. The wings my buddy got seemed to have little meat and he said they were really nothing special. The pitcher of beer i got was a big pitcher and i’m pretty sure was a whole extra beer worth compared to what im used to. The place was clean enough and looked pretty chill. it was weird seeing it as a full bar since the last time i was there it was just seating and i think they had a party room. Our waitress was very nice and helpful and aside from the one mess up with the pizza she was great. I might be back some time for a thin crust slice to go or maybe even a beer if i’m in the area, but Niky’s pub is right there so maybe not lol

I thought this was expensive and mediocre. We ordered delivery last night and it was $ 47.22 for 216″ pizzas! One sausage and the other green pepper and olives. The menu I had from them listed it for closer to $ 30(I guess we had an old one, but 70% more than it used to be??). My aunt ordered and told me the price and I called them back immediately. They said it was too late to cancel my order as the pizzas were in the oven(pretty sure that was not even possible to get in there that fast). They offered me $ 5 off and were nice on the phone… I took it as the football game was on and my family was hungry. I am no stranger to expensive pizza. I now live in Brooklyn(was just visiting family for the holidays). I love Chicago pizza and all kinds. But in Brooklyn we sometimes order the from the specialty artisan places that get farmer’s market ingredients or do house made sausage. But I don’t think anything like that is going on here. And it is the same price? I didn’t feel like the ingredients were anything special. The pizza was just fine. Nothing special. The sausage pizza was a little overcooked and too brown on top. But I ate plenty anyway! I did have a cheap slice the other day at Costco and this felt pretty similar in quality and taste. The delivery was poor as well. The guy gave us the wrong pizza, but we got him before he left and we had to help him go through 4 more boxes in the warmer before he got ours. He almost dropped them and he had he come inside. Good thing we tried hard not touch or slobber over the pizzas that weren’t ours. I would have hated to be the next house and have randoms strangers hovering over their pizza or the delivery guy touching it.
