Don’t stay here! The customer service is HORRIBLE. The rooms are dirty. They don’t even have cable! We had to use rabbit ears and finally were able to get a static-y ABC tuned in(but no other channels at all). We complained and complained, but nothing changed. We eventually complained to Days Inn corporate and after months and months of complaining were given 30% back on our stay. Yes, it’s that bad that it was worth complaining for months and to multiple people for a measly 30% back.

Worse customer service ever. I went in to check out at 3am for a reservation I made earlier in the day. There was noone in there at all. One person working the front disk. He never acknowledged my excistance the moment i walked in the door. I walked up to the counter and said hi to get his attention. He puts his hands up in a «hold on» type of motion and started typing away on the computer. I stood there like an idiot for like over 10 minutes. I was extremely pissed at that point. And I said hello im a customer here. And he finally ask how he can help me and when i told him i had a reservation, all he did his stuck his hand out asking for my creditcard. The rooms arent even all that great either. Their very old, even the toilet is old, its one of those public bathroom type of toilets. But I guess you get what you pay for.

We recently stayed here due to work on our home. This is a basic location for this chain(no pool or special amenties). However, the staff is very friendly and the room was kept immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. Location is good for someone needing basic accomodation near the Northwest Sode of Chicago.
