Where do I begin! I began working with Milainne in November 2012 when we were still considering Chicago wedding venues. Long story short, we decided to plan our nuptials in Saint Louis (home) instead. How could I leave behind all the details she & I had already hatched out? Aside from not wanting to find a new vendor for this part of my wedding, I soon realized Hall’s Rental truly was my only option for the look I was trying to achieve. I was THRILLED when she said this wouldn’t be a problem! She understood that in order for me to use her as a vendor, I would need to arrange a pickup time and dropoff time; both she extended as a courtesy. And her customer service didn’t disappoint one time throughout the planning!
Our May 2014 wedding was built around worldly and colorful inspiration. Each area of detail was inspired by a different country. While the China I rented wasn’t actually from Europe (at least not to my knowledge), it still offered that cheeky European style I was going for! Milainne may or may not have thought I was crazy with my initial inquiry of requesting 5 varieties of their China. But, still to this day, nearly 5 months later, the China used as chargers (rather plates) MADE our tablescapes pop and will forever be my favorite special touch! The colors couldn’t have complemented our «rainbow» Wedding Party any better than they did! Thank you again, Hall’s!

I rented some nice white wooden chairs for a wedding in a public park. After the initial arrangements I called to change the number of chairs, called again to change the drop-​off time, and called again to change the drop-​off location. They were so nice every time. Bonus — each chair came in its own individual cloth sleeve to keep it clean and they wheeled the delivery carts all the way to the wedding site inside the park rather than just dropping them curbside. Thank you.

Since I loathed the flatware at my hotel, I opted to rent some from Hall’s. They were easy to work with via email. I did get a random computer generated email saying from them saying to call immediately. I called and they didn’t need to talk to me. Regardless, I would recommend.
