Maybe this is why I never ate here $ 17 bucks for 2 sandwiches. They are decent sandwiches, but nothing remarkable. We could of eaten Mediterranean food for almost the same price and had a better meal.
I got the turkey club with bacon. Lots of fresh ingredients. My wife got the tuna. Once again lots of fresh ingredients, but nothing remarkable. They also have a limited number of toppings. Simple, clean

Omg I love Jimmy John’s normally. I always order the same sandwich. Their vegetarian sandwich is amazing (I am a vegetarian) but this location has messed up my order every time I go. This time they put stacks of ham on my VEGETARIAN sandwich. I had placed the order over the internet to prevent any mistakes and yet they still managed to screw it up! I had to travel twenty minutes to get a sandwich that I couldn’t eat! When I called the store to see what they would do to fix the error they questioned if I was sure that my sandwich was made wrong when I was looking at the order which was place correctly and clearly saw the pile of ham I said yes I’m positive! Then they said I could bring the sandwich back and they would remake it I told them I drove all the way there and would not be driving all the way back for that! The girl on the phone just said well… So I hung up! Never going there again!!!

Very friendly staff… I usually get the Italian night club as an unwich with no mayo and add hot peppers… Well it seems like I’m asking them to do a lot of extra work each time… And the past 4 times I was there I have got sick… Thought hey I have a gluten allergy (not celiac) maybe that’s why… Nope I watched them very carefully… Something in this store is different because the one downtown where I live doesn’t make me sick! Sad because I loved coming here for lunch

Greeted when we entered with a smile nice!
Was with my boss and another co-​worker.
Ordered 7 grain club sandwich no 13 vegie. Told the lady at counter and the maker twice what I wanted.
I received a sub on white bread. I asked the sandwich maker that this was not what I ordered got a blank smile saying si. The sandwich maker could not speak english.
Asked again got a smile did not want to make a fuss in front of my boss so I ate the sub which was gross I hate white bread. Also asked easy on mayo was heavy on mayo extra gross…

Nothing out of the ordinary from the usual JJ chain, except that they put on cheese and charged me for it, without asking me.
I did not feel like waiting and making a deal out of it, but .99 for something I didn’t want.
Nice way to boost profits, if that’s what they do on a regular basis.

Finally had Jimmy John’s a few weeks ago out of state. Was jonesing for it today, and was excited to order it online and just pick it up. Got more than halfway home when I received a call telling me they «might» have given me the wrong order. Bummer (esp since I was starving, husb was hungry, and we had 4 hungry kids waiting for food)! So I discovered that yes, the order was wrong, turned around, grabbed the right order (or so I thought), headed home. 2 of the kids’ sandwiches were totally wrong :(I’ll definitely order from them again because I love the sandwiches, but I was pretty disappointed this time around.

Ok sandwich wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again. They don’t put to much on the sandwich also charge extra for hot peppers & got 2 on it. I notice the workers are little older than what you usually see working fast food, so needless to say they seem not to b e happy that this is there career so service wasn’t top notch at least when I was there. The pplnahead of us if they can get theirs toasted & the guy gave them real attitude like how couldn’t they know that they don’t toast sub like u know does.

Another reviewer said Jimmy John’s is recommended over Quizno’s and Subway. Okay. just Subway. Hell NO not Quizno’s. completely different category of sandwich. HELLO!
Never had a problem yet. Except for this last time, getting charged for lettuce when its a free item. but thats ok, I could tell she was new and the charge was rectified quickly. Still, always a good sandwich and served within five minutes.

My sub was just okay. Rather wimpy with dry bread, but other than that it was fine. Service was prompt and accurate, and the store was super clean (and empty). Maybe I just need to be wowed… but I don’t think I’m that picky!

The sanwhiches here are awesome! Its a great casual place to go for a really delicious and filling meal. Make sure to load it up with all the different toppings — those toppings are what make it the tastiest!

This is a great place to go for sub sandwiches. It is a pretty casual place to dine with friends and family. The sandwiches are delicious and very filling. I recommend this place over Quiznos and Subway.
