Pepboys

I brought both of my vehicles in for an oil change: my wife’s Jeep and my Honda CRV. Joe and Scott were very nice people to deal with. Tony the service tech was very knowledgeable and showed genuine concern for the care of both vehicles.
Upon inspection of the Jeep, Tony showed me that the anti-​freeze in the radiator reservoir had started to congeal, which I learned could be a bigger problem if that were to make it’s way into the radiator itself as well as the heater core, which would have resulted in a more expensive repair down the road.
He suggested a radiator flush as well as cleaning out the reservoir and purging the old radiator fluid out of the entire system: i.e. the engine block. He had stated that based on the type of anti-​freeze used, this could be a result of driving short distances, which made sense.
Tony worked on my CRV and brought to my attention that the shroud surrounding my catalytic converter was loose and nearly rusted off, thus causing this rattle that had been there for quite some time. He removed it and showed me where it had rusted lose.
They were very thorough, knowledgeable, easy to do business with and reasonably priced. My vehicles were given back to me very clean; inside and out.
I highly recommend them and will definitely go back.

There are a few times when you find yourself in a bind. This Pepboys saved the day. Had a flat tire on front wheel and donut wheel on Labor Day, and this was the only location open. Service was great, and good ol’ Marty the manager even gave me an unsolicited discount that resulted in only paying a third of the price.
They certainly have my business going forward!
