Honestly WORST PLACE EVER! The employee looked like he was 16 and he sold product (s) (more than one) to me as said «the owners don’t care who we sell to as long as we are making money»… Sells to anyone even underage. Which the door has a BIG sign saying «no under 18 can enter» lol liars. This place is too over priced! Don’t come here and waste your time and money

I was in there earlier the gentleman was very helpful. My product was working great when i got home i charged it. Took it off the charger now it is burning like its hot when i inhale. I hope someone can help me. Can it be the coils?

Furthermore, I made a trip to another vape shop over in Indiana off sum opp shit dey sold me sum motvop n it blew up all in my face. Got half a face now n my gf broke up wit me. However my half face ass pops up at smoke n vape and dey gimme Dat OG motmod. Gud price 4 tha low n tha workers b chill n nice 2 me. No1 iz nice 2 me besides smoke n vape employee. I wanna live in tha bathroom up in der. I moved to the apartment complex near Golf n Milwaukee so I cld b closer to smoke n vape. Like that one song by meek mill «I got tha juice» u kno, where he be like «I got tha juice» I aspire to be like dat, glistening in Jimmy the Jizz mane and the occasional javelin made famous by Jizz fuel. Damn. I use unicorn milk by cuttwood for toothpaste n if yall mfers didn’t notice I live off dat yung juice I only fux wit dat .3 nic n dem straight heat build. Ask bout me up in there my name rings bells like Christmas eve up in that store. Much love my vape jus ran outa battery so I’m gonna pawn my dads power tools so I can buy dem 18 650 batteries. Dey also got dat point system I got 2 billion points. I also don’t drink water, I sip on milk man. Doc says stop the vapin, so I tazed him with my Sigelie 150watt mot tazer. Datll b tha last time he ever tells Some1 to stop the mot hopefully he learned dat lesson. I gotta go doh cuz I gotta put on my shirt (which is just a Clapton 24gauge wrap) around my stomach n head out to smoke and vape. Luv u guize best vape shop on planet earth. Smoke & Vape is my go to vape shop! The staff is extremely knowledgable and super friendly. Every question asked is answered promptly and courteous. I love this place and if your ever in the area for vape or smoke essentials, make sure to stop in! They definitely will take care of you!!!

The employees here are completely knowledgeable on the vapes and flavors. The only complaint I have is the owner hovers over his employees. Uncomfortable.

Nice little vape shop with a lot of glass pipes and bongs. Owner Paul is a nice guy who is always welcoming. The staff are nice too. I usually go to other places but ever since this shop opened up I’ve beem going here on a regular basis. Always remember to check if they have scooby snacks by mix master! Best flavor in the world!

Owner is extremely rude. If anything goes wrong with your mod it is automatically your fault and he thinks of every excuse not to help you out when you bought 150 dollars of stuff from him the day befor hand. Told me not to come back into his shop again. Extremely rude.

Really really impressed with this place. My mom and I came here to see if they carried ecigarettes (they don’t) but we ended up buying two vapes. The younger guy was super informative and helpful, I asked a million questions which he answered happily. I will definitely be coming back here! I even sent my boyfriend in to get his own vape later in the day. He had a great experience too.

Stock is decent, the prices are a bit high but the convenience was nice. Unfortunately, all the staff with the exception of one is largely incompetent and lacking the knowledge that a person selling this hardware should have
Not too long ago I purchased a Dark Horse atomizer, which Dylan touted as being «authentic». For $ 30, that’s not even possible — the real product runs a cool $ 80. The kid is also most likely incredibly high… all the time. $ 15 for a VR25 battery is a pretty large tag as well. Cereal Killa for $ 27 — retails for $ 17 from the manufacturer, no doubt their wholesale price is lower than that.

I’ve been to this store twice now. I needed information on different vape pens and batteries, as well as the glass pipes. Today I was helped by a guy named Rob and he was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. He was able to show me different options for what I needed, and knew all the info associated with everything. He even put up with my indecisiveness without pressuring me at all.
I will certainly return to this store in the future. The people are friendly and personable, as well as informed. The owner even recognized me from the one other time I went in and bought some items. The prices are also reasonable. Actually, the price on glass pipes is excellent, and they have a variety of double blown glass in different sizes and colors.
I definitely recommend this shop for all your smoking and vape needs that do not include actual cigarettes.

Went there only to check their e-​liquid selection and units they have. When checking juice selection, they didn’t have all the samples for their liquids and didn’t know majority of all their juice. And while sampling he failed to tell us that some of the samplers have nicotine, I was ok with it but my gf was just about to cough up a lung. While looking at their units he wasn’t sure if a few of his mods were real or not or what manufacture their clones are from. The manager or owner of the vaping section to get to know what liquids he’s selling and just get to know what he has for sale.

Very nice poeple, very helpful since im a beginner. Will definitely shop here again… soon.

They were really informative and friendly. Its not always that someone is really committed to making sure you are happy with your purchase.
They have all the popular flavors and a few other exotic rare flavors as well.
The prices are decent and the shop is well organized. Definitely coming back for refills.

I love this store they have everything you would need plus more, their prices are the best in the Chicagoland area. The people are very nice helpful and knowledgable. You can’t beat that.
