Seriously bad service… would rather drive to the evanston location. They actually take the time to take care of their customers. Last time I came in to the niles location it took me about 20 mins to get my food… customers who arrived 10 mins later than me and ordered in got my food before I did as I waited and waited. Today I go to call the niles location to place an order for pick up. I call 3 times and no one ever answers! !! I give up on that location.

Service needs a serious upgrade … If you’re impatient as me, and don’t respect being skipped when ordering food. Then do yourself a favor and don’t have a headache sitting here and waiting 30 mins for basic wings; when the couple after me is already eating…

Terrible service! Ordered on line, got there 30 mins after… they didn’t put my order in yet! Then I waited another 30 minutes for my food! No apologies.. nothing.

You know usually these fellas are always on the money, but recently I think their in their own heads. 10 mild I ordered I got garlic parm c’mon how does that happen? Also the ranch was not filled to the top. Wingstop clean up your act. Acting like the clowns over there at Buffalo Wild Wings

Best. Wings. Ever. I absolutely love boneless wings and have tried them from many places, but Wingstop is hands down one of my most favorite places to go! They’re always consistently amazing! I have never had a problem with their food or their service! I normally get the mild wings but i have tried many other flavors from there as well. I loved the Chili Lime, but that was only for a limited time. The point is, your wings are always delivered to perfection anytime you go here. Whether it’s earlier in the day, midday, or late, they have always done it right! I would, hands down, recommend this to my friends!

I love love love wingstop. I usually get mild and garlic permesan. The fries are so good. Its not regular fries because they put sugar on it I believe. I always get the traditional combo and its the bomb. Except the only bad thing I would say about it is that its very greasy. And I don’t really mind all that much but I’ve heard that the chicken is a bit small. The place is just casual nothing fancy. The cashiers that I’ve encountered were always nice and friendly. But the last time I got it The chicken grease leaked out of the container and the bag so it was all over my car. Overall, I would give them a 5 star and always enjoy going back.

Man some people complain about some weird stuff on here. It’s wing stop; a chain restaurant. For what it’s worth, I’ve had food from other wing stop restaurants and this place is the same as the others. I like the food here and it’s consistent with every other wing stop I’ve been to.

I heard so many bad things about this place, so I was ready to tear it apart, but it’s amazing! The wings are better than bdubs! The fries are ok, people made it sound like the sugar they put on there is a lot, but you don’t even taste the sugar. I really enjoyed it, and have been craving it ever since.

No worries about growth hormones in these wings. I was meeting a friend and she suggested trying this place. Neither of us have ever eaten here before. They look to have a decent selection. The place is just large enough to hold a small crowd, which is what gathered at Wingstop after we got our order. Both of us settled on the 6 wing combo… I opting for Lemon Pepper and Hawaiian while my friend opted for Teriyaki and BBQ. The combo came with a side of fries and a regular size drink. I actually wound up getting an extra bonus wing which was good since they’re so small. But they were tasty. I preferred the lemon pepper over the Hawaiian. And just in case your wings don’t have enough flavor, they offer a few dipping sauces, including ranch and honey mustard. Wait time was about 15 minutes which I guess passed by fast while reviewing this new app called Tinder. Overall it’s good for a diversion and will have to see if there’s other locations closer to me.

We ordered a 40 pc family pack to go. When we got home we realized that they only gave us 30 wings, since we don’t live close by and this is the 2nd time this has happened at that particular location(The 1st time this happened we chocked it up to them having an off night and didn’t bother complaining) we called to request a refund on the difference. The cashier informed us that they do not refund any money but we can go back and pick up the 10 wings we explained that we do not live close by and would have to get back on the highway which would not be worth driving all the way back when our food would be cold. She said she was not authorized to credit us and that she would have to call her manager. Since she was a bit rude on the phone we asked her for the manager to call us directly to explain the issue. We received a call back from the cashier informing us that«The manager said that she’s not going to call you back just for that» and«My manager said this will be the first and the last time that we will credit money back to you, next time you will have to pick up the wings» When we agreed the cashier made the snarky comment«So you’ll drive back for the credit but you won’t drive back for the wings?» I’m not sure what this establishment does not understand about professionalism, and service but I have never been spoken to that way. Especially when they fulfilled the order that I paid for incorrectly. Instead of being worried about customer service and apologizing for the inconvenience it caused we were made to feel like they were doing us a favor by crediting us the difference. Would it be acceptable for me to demand a 40pc and only pay for a 30pc? I think not! The cashier telling a customer«I didn’t pack the order myself if I did it would be right so I don’t know what you want me to do but this is the last time we are giving you a credit back» Is always unacceptable. Because I work at the building down the street and we have ordered from them for work functions I will make sure that we do not go back or that my company does not order from the Touhy location, again. Bravo, wingstop unprofessionalism at its fullest! To save $ 8.00 you’ve just lost future business. I’d rather drive a bit further to Evanston and spend my money there.

the best wings in all of the land even possibly better than my beloved hooters. my favorite flavors as of the moment are LOUISIANARUB and GARLICPARMESAN. Get those, ya heard?! classic or boneless they are both the bees knees. i agree with some of the previous reviewers that certain staff members can be rude, but hopefully that’s something they can improve upon. Them wangs though, oh MAN r they good. And those fires let’s not forget the fries y’all, they r sweet and salty my favorite flavor combo in da world. now let’s move on to the ranch sauce. i used to be like whoa this ranch sauce is addicting like tooo good to be that good, i was like this HAS to have msg in it for it to be that good, did me a little research, guess what y’all there is MSG in the RANCH sauce! my spidey senses did not fail me with that one. So yes, there is a reason that is the best ranch sauce you ever did taste. Ever since my discovery, i’ve been getting the bleu cheese and/or honey mustard cuz personally not a fan of having my brain chemistry messed with ya dig. Other than that these wings n fries are straight fi-yah!

Took some boneless wings to go. They were rubbery, and not tasty. Would not eat there again. I would much rather go to the Buffalo Wild Wings across the street.

I first ate at Wingstop in the city and was bummed I had to drive so far for good wings, but then this location opened up! The flavors range from hot to mild. They have boneless, original, and chicken strips. Unlike other wing places they are pretty much all covered in a sauce, with the exception of a few. Wingstop has a sweet, salty seasoned fry which makes it hard to stop eating them. Even their ranch is addictive. my favorite part would have to be the packages or deals they have. They have combos with specific amounts of wings, fries, ect, or if you are really hungry they have family deals. You can order small or large amounts of amazing wings to enjoy! Great to bring home and enjoy with a beer or wine!

If you want to get yelled at my their condescending manager, Elise, then yes, please come here. They not only forgot an order of our 50 wings, but she then pretty much called me a liar and refused to give us a refund. Only when I threatened to talk to the owner did she call me back to let us know that she will refund us. I have never ever been treated so rudely at a restaurant before, and I have been to China where restaurant service doesn’t even exist. There are dozens of Wingstops around; I would rather drive a little further and pay money to an establishment that deserves my business. Will never be back.

Rude staff! So as you guys might already know, Taj Gibson lives in the area. I have seen him a few times. He is just a man, trying to get some wings. Tell me why there is a line of 4 – 5 people and the staff is super starstruck, shuts down the operations to stop and photograph with this basketball star. Not to mention, he was also sans wings because of his own stardom. I know I shouldn’t rate it all in one incident, well lucky for you, I didn’t. I have witnessed the staff before talk about their personal lives and about their baby daddy, and where they are going that evening. Not to mention they forgot the yeast rolls. Maybe a lil less talking and more focus on your customers will do this franchise well. If you can go to another, please do. ZEROPROFESSIONALISM!

I knew about this place for a long time as I pass it every single time I go to Target on Touhy(everyday.) I went there for the first time this past summer and now… I have Wingstop cravings. Everyday. Ask anyone. Went in here last night around 11pm with the male friend. Kinda empty, as it should be.(Go to bed, peeps.) I think a lot of people tend to do take-out here. I don’t know why! Huge TVs, cute airplane-y décor, super awesome staff who talk to you like they’ve known you for centuries(Elisa, I’m talking to you, lady. Told you we would write a review. hope you’re feeling better and thank you for the extra ranch sauce!) Foodwise — Lemon Pepper is where it’s at! And I was also recently introduced to the Louisiana Rub flavor. It has a real kick to it. Also a fan of their garlic parmesan(beware! It smells like feet, but it’s so delicious!) Also, I recommend getting the traditional wings, not a fan of the boneless. BUTTHEIRFRIES. There’s sugar in em, right? YUM. Sweet and salty. The only thing to improve is the wing size! I feel like I’ll have a huge gigantor piece one second, and the next, I’m finished with a tiny baby wing in one bite. Not cool. Gimme more wings. Don’t know what else to say, except that I am now hungry again. MOREMOREMORE.

A tasty and hot meal in 14 minutes! Yes, I’m a fan. Something about getting my food quick and delicious really makes me happy. If I’m hungry and have to wait forever for my food, it makes me cranky. I really enjoyed this location. It’s your typical fair. Staff is friendly. They even humored me when I was questioning the sweet tasting fries and admitted that they do add sugar. I never knew! That’s the one thing I’ll pass on the next time we swing by. I like salt, not sugar on my fries. Yuck! I had the lemon pepper and original hot wings. Just perfect! Lots of seating with plenty of sunlight to keep us from withering. The only thing is that people drive like maniacs in the parking lot, you have to sort of drive around to get to the appropriate drive way to get to the closest parking lot to Wingstop otherwise, just park across the way at Brick House and walk over. It’s not far. Then again, the alcohol may distract you from the wings.
