Burger King

I stopped by for lunch today with my newborn. I needed to change his diaper but to my surprise they have a huge remodeled bathroom WITHOUT a changing table! There is more than enough room to have one but for some reason this is one of the few places left in 2015 without this much needed accessory

I had very little time to grab a quick lunch and get on with my work day. This was close and convenient. There were very few customers in line and waiting for their food so it wasn’t even close to being busy. I was greeting by a young cashier, soft spoken, and seemed inexperienced or new at his job. However, I clearly ordered a plain cheeseburger and a hersey pie. Simple right? I ended up being charged for a Whopper meal and a large drink with over an $ 8.00 charge. He needed help to try and adjust my credit card charge, which was fine, but my new order included a cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles after I’d repeated my original order. Apparently, it was ordered up wrong a 2^nd time. This visit nearly put me over my lunch break so I had to take the order to go. The only reason I didn’t give it one star is because the manager and cashier did apologize.

Several times I have seen the staff fight outside this bk. I just wanted to get a whopper, not watch fight clubs! Also I found rubber bands in my onion rings instead of onions! I finished them (I’m a husky guy with a healthy appitie), but I didn’t like them very much.

Skip this place. Even for fast food, this location is subpar and has terrible staff. They forget food on to go orders, screw up the orders often and this place is always dirty. Its sad cause I am a huge Bueger King guy and this one is about a block from my house. Hit up any other one and you will be by far better off.

Place is poorly managed, usually a little dirty and seldom gets orders right. Not having it my way at this BK.

This Burger King gets my order wrong about 50% of the time. I recommend driving down to the one at 141^st Street and 37 instead.
