First off, this is a very convenient location in Hamilton Town Center so if you’re running in a pack, your family can go grab a tea at McAlister’s Deli or go shopping at any of the stores in the mall while you handle your peeper business.
Dr. Walden and her staff are fantastic. They are all very friendly and did a great job with all of their fancy eye gizmos and gadgets to determine how blind I was. Seriously though, I’ve had eye exams elsewhere over the last several years and don’t recall doing half the things they put me through. I appreciate their embracing technology within their field and practice.

I love this Lenscrafters. I won’t go anywhere else for my eye exams or lenses. Dr Walden is very smart, thorough, explains things well, and is very personable. I have always had great interactions with the rest of the team here also. On occasion I saw Dr Burkhardt, who fills in a couple days a week, and he is equally personable and thorough.

The Dr knows what she’s doing, but the office staff is unfriendly, frequently loses appointments «in the computer» and then tries to blame the customers for their ineptness.
They also didn’t help me or my wife choose our glasses, and mishandled a contact prescription that ended up taking six months to come in.
I can’t stress enough how generally unfriendly the women working with the phones and computers were to my wife and I on repeated occasions over the course of multiple appointments in the last few years.
