Ruined our daughters birthday party — do not use.
To all: just a PSA — if you care about your special event — go somewhere else. We had a bounce house reserved for our daughter’s birthday today. I called to confirm two days before and was told that everything was set. 30 minutes before the birthday was supposed to start, nobody had arrived. After several calls I was told that I had a reservation, but they couldn’t get a hold of the delivery team. After calling back several times (and now with a very upset birthday girl), I was promised that we would get an upgraded unit in 20 minutes. Not ideal, but I thought that at least the kids or have something.
30 minutes later — nothing — so I called again, and was told they should be there, but nobody ever showed up. No calls, no apologies. The absolute worst experience, from the lack of communication to the complete failure to provide the services promised.
save yourself time and heartache. Rent somewhere else

I have used this group for three years now and have had a great experience each time. I suggest this company to anyone. They arrive on time for drop off and pick up. We’ve had three different bouncers, they are clean and in great condition.

Came in early to set up and get the party started for the kids! Also picked up after the scheduled pick up time so the kids are Happy about that. High quality and very clean moonbounce. Definitely recommended!

After a bad experience with another company, we rented a moon bounce through Amusement of Bouncers (who we were referred to by Bruno’s Bounce House since they didn’t service our area) for our daughter’s birthday party in April, and they were absolutely wonderful to work with! Jackie, the owner, is fantastic — he was easy to work with, gave us a great deal — and the people that came to set up and break down were awesome and super efficient as well. Our daughter and her 4 year old friends loved the princess moon bounce :) We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a moon bounce for any event!
