Wonderful food, especially the Sicilian pizza and «Grandma’s» pizza. Service was great too but a little slow. It’s a relatively new restaurant but it is quickly becoming our family’s go-to pizza place.

Just brought two large pizzas, one double cheese pepperoni and one double cheese Hawaiian. My fault for not checking the pies before leaving. The Hawaiian was an old re-warmed pie that they just added some ham and pineapple.
I have been to asaros many times before and the quality of their pizzas was great. This time left me extremely dissapointed. I will try one more time in the future and will let them know I don’t want a re-heated pie. I paid for fresh made pizza, and that is what I should have brought home. Again, my bad for not checking them first. Otherwise, I would have noticed the reheated pie. The pepperoni was OK, but neither of them had extra cheese like I ordered.

We tried to eat at the bar…5 minutes and nobody came to us… Then the waitress left us hanging even longer to take a larger party first…
Bathrooms were clean. The whole place was clean… pleasant. Poor service

Was getting together with friends this past Monday night and planned on going to another restaurant but it was closed on Monday nights. How lucky for us! Last minute we decided on Asaro’s and what an experience. The food was excellent. 2 of the guys had Veal Sorrentino and they are still talking about it. One had veal marsala and anothet chicken marsala. Another had Gorgonzola Salad and another had Stuffed Shrimp. At the end of this meal, we had to ask Matt our server for more bread, because we were all mopping up our different sauces. Matt, by the way, was excellent. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to go back. Just had a couple slices of cheese pizza,
How can you mess that up? … Use all Ricotta cheese and a few leaves of Spinach, I literally used the crust to dip the cheese!
Go to Mama Mia’s just Down 41 for the Best Italian Food Ever! Fantastic Staff who are so happy to have you visit and reasonable prices!

Worst fake Italian food and re heated (burnt) pizza. Staff never spoke to us except to deliver food. I (we) would have called out the obviously blackened meals if we could get someone to notice us in a mostly empty restaurant. Not worth the time and not worth the money.

I have only eaten the pizza to-go, never in the restaurant. Pizza is good here (not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely good). I love the chocolate deserts and the pepperoni pin wheels are delicious. I just wish the staff seemed more welcoming. I just get the feeling that they are not as happy to have customers come in sometimes.

Inexperienced, inconsistent service. Tables placed so close together that servers cannot maneuver with plates and private conversation is impossible. Food is just average. Not worth the aggravation. Will not return.
