I made an appointment for the complimentary Formostar treatment. It went well and I was quite impressed with the amount of sweat! So impressed, I was willing to sign up after however; i was taken back and chose to wait. The woman working was training and after my treatment I waited to be approached at the front desk but she stayed busy on the computer, then showed the girl how to clean the vacustep. That alone made me feel like as though I was intruding. Either way, i liked the way I felt after and scheduled an appt. for the following week. My appt was for 6pm. I arrived at 5:30 and the sign on door said, «will return at 5». Hmm. i remained patient and waited until 6:10 and no one ever showed. The owner Lisa said the woman had car trouble and apologized for no one being there. Given that situation, I chose to give the place the benefit of doubt and scheduled another appointment for the following week at 5:30. Ok, so I arrived «on time» in fact early. Sign on door said back at 5:30. It’s 5:30, then 5:35 and still, no one shows. Good thing I never committed to any treatments. This alone showed me how unreliable they are. If a client schedules an appointment for 5:30 what’s the point of making one if the place isn’t open in time. I’ve since chosen to look for another facility that offers the same treatment. Place was clean and nicety was it was close to home. Too bad it didn’t work out.
