Signed in for an appointment yesterday and was assigned to Kelly. I was nervous trying a new person but wanted something closer to my nail salon. KELLY is absolutely amazing! She listened to everything I wanted and cut it exactly that way. I decided to do color with her the next day and again, she listened carefully and lightened my hair perfectly. I have never been happier with a hair stylist. Go in and see her. Her prices will be hard to beat! Sweetest lady ever! Enjoyed chatting with her! I will be going back to her for touch ups! Love her! Ask for Kelly! You won’t be disappointed!

I’m still going to Rebecca although she has since changed salons. I had a great experience at chalet salon! My stylist was on time and took her time making sure she got everything very straight! I got a Brazilian blowout and it was very reasonably priced compared to other salons that I called for a quote. I would definitely return to get another blowout!

It is very expensive! I noticed a majority of the reviews are 3 years old. .seems like most people are not willing to spend the insane amount of money for a potentially horrible hair cut or color. I use to go often but the amount of money they wanted for services was double what most salons charge. I began to feel like I was overpaying to make up for the lack of general customers coming into the salon. I do like the stylists overall but I can definitely see where they could come off as rude. There is a HIGH turnover rate; if you find a stylist you like, get their cell number because chances are they won’t be there long.

I was needing a color and highlight touch up. I booked an appointment read reviews and was a bit hesitant but thought I would try.
Awesome experience I really lucked out. Rebecca is awesome. She truly is not there for the fast money bit really wants to retain her clients. I love my hair Everyone was friendly. Nice environment Aveda and very affordable

I chose to stop here after growing out a really terrible haircut a few months prior at a different salon. I was given an appointment with Megan. She did a passable job of cleaning up the previous bad haircut. I got a shampoo, haircut, and had it blowdried. The total came out to $ 50! The rest of the staff wasn’t particularly friendly and $ 50 for a cut, shampoo and blow dry is just way too expensive, in my opinion, for less than stellar service.

Rochelle is my stylist, has been for almost 10 years. She has done virtually every color on me (through the years I got some very daring ideas). Whether its a new cut, color, wedding style, party or I just need a change, she is always willing to discuss new looks, BE HONEST with me, and try new things. On the rare occasion that she is unavailable the other girls in the salon are always so accomodating and equally as talented. Rebeca, and Megan are so sweet and do amazing work! Reb’s extensions!!! Best thing EVER!!!
If you are looking for a new salon, Chalet is a MUST! You won’t be disappointed!

Visited this place for the first time today and had my hair cut and colored by Tina. She was super friendly and attentive to what I wanted and liked. The salon was really clean and the other girls were also friendly and professional. I had read some reviews on here complaining about the management and receptionist, but I found out that there is now a new owner so those problems are history. I will definitely be going back again.

I would just like to start that I love this place and wish there were more places like it, all the girls who work there are super nice. I get my hair done by Tina and she is amazing! she cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it done and colored it amazingly, I don’t think my hair has ever looked as good as it does since she has been doing my hair.
The other really nice part is that she will help you with tips and tricks on how to get your hair a certain style and certain products to use for hair to get the hold or look you are going for as well (which I definitely appreciate).
I would recommend this place to any one they are really great at customer service, such personable people and really know what they are doing.

Haven’t had much interaction with anyone but Rochelle, & she is wonderful. I go to school about 4 hours away, but I always wait on haircuts until I come home so I can go see her. She does a great job of making sure she knows exactly what you want beforehand & making sure you’re happy afterwards.
Also, she does her own scheduling via text message so it’s very flexible. After my first cut with Rochelle, I’ve never gone with anyone else ! Highly recommended.
Oh, & price wise, it’s pretty comparable to other places & comes with quality service.

I have been a client of Rochelle’s for 2 years and have never been disappointed. I get a trim and highlights and always get tons of compliments in my hair. Their prices are comparable to other salons in the area. Rochelle does her own scheduling so you don’t have to deal with the front desk (which is great)! She will accommodate to your schedule and what you need and is very very nice. If you go once you will never want to go anywhere else! Hope this helps. I’ve had my haircut here twice, though I’ve been there more often than that. On the 2 occasions I’ve been there I’ve never seen the same people. They are never able to take me as a walk in even though when I walk in they are all usually sitting around with no customers. Supposedly they have customers coming in an hour so they can’t take me. I understand the need for appointments but not if I see all the stylist just hanging out. Won’t bother going back again.

This salon is a great place to go even just to visit!
The ladies are open, friendly, customer service focused and no matter what you want or ask, you’ll feel special when you walk in and stunning when you walk out, no matter who does your cut and style!
The entire staff is very talented and has individual ways with each client.
I missed my appointment, with Rebecca, who is amazing, and was asked if Rochelle could help. Rochelle was as talented and nice as Jennifer! Then on another day I went to Raven’s station, you would not believe how amazing these girls are! I am so pleased with the quality of their products and personal professional care that my entire family goes now and every week!
My 87 year old Mom has dementia and can barely walk now. The staff welcomes her, treats her special and makes my Mom look and feel great every Friday!
My two daughters go and so do I. every week!
If you are looking for quality, care, and a beautiful look that brings you back over and over, look no farther.
Kathy, the owner, works hard every day and never forgets to say hello to me personally and we share stories, spend time together as the day and style move on.

I’ve only got my hair cut and colored by Rochelle. She’s good and very nice. The other girls seem snotty.

Horrible customer service.
Jennifer, the person working at their desk, was rude, belligerent, and nasty to my wife and I when we went to pay. I refused to show ID on a credit card transaction (this is my right to do; and the merchant may not refuse to accept the card as a result. You can view the actual regulations here:

Anyways, after attempting to show Jennifer the actual regulations (she refused to look at them on my iPhone), she told me that I and my wife were «Never to come back to the salon».
I later called up «Cathy» (the owner) who wouldn’t let me get a word in edge-​wise regarding our poor treatment, and additionally kept calling me «Dear» (I really hate being called «dear»).
While the stylists did a good job, I can not recommend this place at all given their deplorable customer service.

This use to be a great salon… until the new manager took over.
1. Overpriced
(They charged me $ 28.00 for a brow wax, and told me that the price would be lower next time I came in)
$ 40.00 for a hair cut and shampoo!
2. Unfriendly and superficial staff
–Not interesting in you… just your tip that you will leave.
3. The rudest manager I have ever come across. (She is very inexperienced, in regards to customer service, and evil I believe.)
Oh, her sister works there too. She is just as unfriendly… not as evil tho.
Stay away from this place. They would steal your hard-​earned money, and make you feel uncomfortable.
