Good store with a variety of items and fairly priced but employees are a bit rude. I went to check out and I bought two items, they were rung up at the wrong price(more expensive). She didn’t notice it, after I paid I noticed and said something. Her response was, «Ok so I guess you want me to re ring it up?» It was so rude like she expected me to just pay the higher price. The point it, it wasn’t about the extra money it was the fact that there wasn’t one, «Oh, I’m sorry» or «Let me fix that.»

NRO is my first stop when looking for horse tack and supplies. It’s a smaller shop which makes it more personable, in my opinion. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable of their products. Their prices are slightly higher than other horse supply stores, but that’s mainly because they’re privately owned. They don’t offer much in clothing anymore – but definitely the place to find quality products for your four-legged friends!

These guys are very preferable to Thrifty Horse. Their new tack is cheaper than half of the same stuff sold used at Thrifty. People are suppose friendly. :)

Wish they had more of a selection. They need more of a boot selection.

This place has the largest selection of Tact and Western clothing and gear out of anyplace in Southern California. The people that work here are great and the pricing is reasonable.
