Leslie took my order on the phone and was SUPER nice and helpful cause I wasn’t sure what I wanted, and she was just as nice in person when my boyfriend and I came in to pick our orders up :) also I noticed she was greeting all the customers that came in and some even by their name. Great service

Have never had any big issues with this Wingstop. Giving it three stars because of their hours. I would rather drive the extra miles to go to the limonite locations because of their extended hours.

This place has the worst customer service!!! I even complained to the «owner» about my order being wrong. He did nothing to rectify the situation and had the audicity to tell me I could wait another 45 minutes and was still going to charge me for the item and delivery for it! They left off part of my order and do not give a crap about losing a customer! Well maybe they will lose a few more now! Choose another location that is appreciative of your business! A big BOO!!!

The girl who just answered my call for wings put me on hold for 3 mins after I told her what I wanted. The 15 wing for two meal. She responds with and do you mean two combos with a horrible attitude. I respond with you know what I already told you what I wanted 3 mins ago and now I see you have a attitude. Cancel my order. And I hung up. Horrible service I would like to give them zero stars. Poor management if you have a disrespectful staff answering the phone. Better believe I’ll be contacting the owner which I happen to have met a few times before. Thanks for bad service.

I live literally 3 min from this Wing Stop and I’d rather drive 15 to Limonite/​Cajalco/​Tyler for BWW. The service here is horrible.
I was sent by my work to buy wings and I was given the business card but they wouldn’t accept it since I didn’t have an ID, even though it had the company name on it. RIDICULOUS! I had to drive all the way back and send my boss!
2nd time, My brother placed an order online, payed for it… all I had to to was pick up. I took the credit card my brother payed with and they STILL DIDNT want to give me my food since the credit card isn’t under my name!
Also, some lady that works there with purple hair, in her 40s, is very grouchy. Seems likes shes been having tuff days everytime I had gone.

Blah is how I feel about this location. Won’t come here again I’ll stick to the Riverside river walk location. The guy that took my order kept asking the same questions, even after answering! Maybe the head phone in his ear kept him from him giving me his full attention. What’s is wrong with people today? Ah

This location doesn’t get a lot of traffic but it’s actually pretty good. I stopped here to pick up an order of wings every once in a while after I get done at the gym. The protein, you know.
Anyway I would or large order and they’re always made perfectly, and, they are always ready right on time. I usually split my order to two flavors and they graciously put the two different flavors in two different containers. Bad for the environment, good for my household.
Is this location any better or worse than the others? Nope. I think Wingstop is a pretty consistently good place to eat wings.

Just unreal! They do not offer any kids meals. If you want to order food for your kids, they have to start with a minimum of 6 pieces! That is outrageous. Considering we have a national epidemic of obesity among Americans and specifically children, you would think places like this would offer baked chicken and smaller portions.
Seriously reconsider ordering here until they get a clue about the food habits we should create, not the horrific ones we have replicated for decades.

We love this Wing-​Stop! We come on a weekly basis, the staff is always so nice and helpful. Occasionally the wings are a little too crispy, but not to where I cannot eat them, the flavors are always great, and the ranch and bleu cheese dressings are amazing! Speaking of amazing, the fries! The seasoning is soooo good and flavorful, they are addicting. Here’s a tip, if you like a lemon pepper that is a wet sauce, ask for it on the side! They toss their wings in a dry rub for lemon pepper but they have a wet sauce you can get on the side! :) At times the wait can be a little longer, but that’s expected when they have a lot of to-​go orders or the restaurant is full, much better than going to other wing places!

Let’s get this straight. The food is good. No qualms about the wings. I’ll keep coming. The customer service stinks. They’re usually pretty rude which is why I grab my stuff to go. Great if your planning game day though and you want to add wings!

Wings wings wings! I ordered online and they said 10 minutes my will be ready. I literally work down the street so sure enough I leave at 1 on the dot and I get there at 104 BOOM! It’s ready! Usually I have to wait 10 minutes but they were true to their word. I guess it wasn’t that busy but still I like that my order was ready for me. Good service too! Greeting me and asked me how my day was and if I’m ready for the weekend! I like that he was interacting with me instead of ok thanks here’s your food.

Love the wings and fries food is always on point! Now the customer service that’s another story. Rude rude rude. Dont see me coming here again also spreading the word to friends and family. Dont bother talking to manager, trust me its just a waste of your time.

I’m so jealous that there is a wing stop everywhere in this area, if only there was one in my community! I think out of all the wingstops i’ve been to, this was my least favorite… The lemon pepper was way too strong in flavored, surprisingly salty, we needed a whole cup of water to get it down. However, the louisiana rub wings were lacking in flavor, thank goodness for the ranch because that was the only think I could taste.
There seasoned fries are always on point! I hope to try more wingstop in this area and hopefully better experience.
I was also disappointed that there were no free refills. =(

This one star goes to Leslie who works at the cash register. She did not greet us when we walked in. And she just looked rude taking our order. You need to learn how to smile. Also, let us know that we pay extra when we get sauce. She made it seem like it was free. Usually people let us know when we have to pay extra for something. And then i noticed when guys came in, she started saying hi. Like really?!
I usually go to the wingstop in riverside, but i needed to go somewhere closer. But next time i wont come here anymore.
Pro’s: it is a bigger wingstop with lots of tables. And the guys who makes the wings in the back says hi to customers who walk in when Lindsey isn’t at the cash register

Love this place for their tasty flavorful wings! They such a great selection of flavors. Our fav are Garlic Parmesan, Louisiana rub and regular hot. If you like to feel pain the next day I recommend Atomic! Personally I like my tush too much to put it through that much pain but to each his own. The fries are great and to top it off they serve bottled beer and wine. Not super big but good enough to eat, drink and be on your happy way. Oh yeah well done for bone in wings! Its the best!
