Super bowl sadness!!! Sunday early morning we ordered a 40 piece order online to picked up 2;15 pm we arrived and saw a huge wrap around line the size of an anaconda. After a 30 minute wait line full of angry customers for a pick up finally reached the front I was then advised that although I placed my order it would be an additional 45 minutes or more! we are talking about throwing chicken in a fryer aren’t we… wing stop does not deliver and do not recognize Super Bowl as an American holiday because is now under new management !

Wings are great when they get it right. Be careful because if you do find yourself with an incorrect order at home, they are very hesitant to add value even though it was their mistake. 5 percent off a 10 dollar order is 50 cents and doesn’t begin to make right your anguish for having to settle or drive back. Not great guest service. I would visit more frequently if they valued my satisfaction and or time. To the owners, stop thinking everyone is trying to get something for nothing and i guarantee your transactions and sales will go up.(Free advice as i am a business consultant). 5 starrs for the wings 1 for your guest service.

I placed an order online so I could buy my boyfriend lunch and after paying for it then there is a box that comes up stating you must bring the credit card that you paid for the order with you when you pick it up. I called the store to ask if my boyfriend can pick up the order I placed and her response was«Next time make sure you bring the right card with you to pick up your order.» He would never have my credit card and if he had my credit card in his hand they would give him my order? She also proceeded to lecture my boyfriend about not having the credit card with him. I then explained that I was just calling to make sure that he could pick up the order and I could pay for it with out him possessing my credit card at the store. She paused and then said, yeah that’s fine. Basically if you want to place online orders for Wingstop chicken wings, with a stolen credit card you can, as long as you have the physical card in your hand when you pick up the order. I’ve been going to Wingstops all over Southern California and never experienced this policy, the rudeness of this particular location(which had almost been every time) and really wanted to cancel my order but my boyfriend was starving and just wanted to get his food and come home. I don’t need to go back here ever again.

I was here yesterday and I had a minor issue with my food. I was going to leave until the manager Ashely came up and genuinely cares about what was happening. She completely rectified the situation and in the process made me a customer for life

Went to This wingstop with a couple of my friends and I noticed that this place is small and narrow. We went when it was not to busy which was great for us. They do have some very good wings not as good as Buffalo Wild Wings but they are good. The pricing on their wings are a little bit cheaper than bww but not by that much. They have some good variety of flavors to choose from which can range from sweet to very hot.

Compared to other places and other locations, this location has the best flavoring and the wings. The wings are just cooked right and really crunchy. I love how the seasoning is always enough with an awesome taste. Sometimes at other wing stop, the only season on one side. This placed seasoned ALLL over the wings ! Just as I like it

The food is good but I have had better. My daughter has severe food allergies and when I asked what type of oil they used the employees did not know. OK, I accept that but the owner just so happened to be there and he didn’t even know what type of oil they used! He gave me the name of the company they buy the oil from and told me I could call them!!! Seriously…you own a business and don’t know what you fry your food in??? That’s ridiculous. For this reason alone, I won’t be back.

REFUSEDREFUNDTO A DISABLEDVETERAN I was unaware that all of the chicken wings here are fried. When I received my order I immediately took it to the counter, explained that I had a gluten intolerance and asked for a refund. The girl in charge said she had to call the owner and the owner told her not to refund me, that it was my fault for not knowing. I explained that I literally could not eat the food, not because I was trying to be healthy, but because it would cause me to be sick. She stated that I should have read the menu, I told her I couldn’t see well and that I am a disabled veteran. She called the owner again and said it was too bad, and that he lived in Diamond Bar and was the only one who could issue a refund. It was a matter of $ 8 dollars. I didn’t touch the food. They really couldn’t refund me the $ 8 dollars. It may be chump change to them, but to a disabled Veteran every penny counts.

The very first time I came here, Dhali(?) was my server. She was extremely helpful and a great server. I have been to this location several times since then, and it just hasn’t been the same. My servers have been different and nowhere near as skilled as Dhali. In specific, my last two visits have been rather poor. On Tuesday night(9−15−15), I ordered for myself. I specifically and clearly said I wanted my order«WETSTYLE». Joshua(my server) heard this, repeated it back to me, and processed my transaction. I waited at least ten minutes for a small order. I wish I had checked it for accuracy then, because when I got back to where I am staying, my order was wrong and NOT«wet style» at all. I called, and was told I could come back in and get more sauce if I wanted. Unfortunately, I could not justify the drive«just» for the sauce that should have been on my wings to begin with. On Wednesday night(9−16−15), I ordered for my family. I brought in a $ 5 off coupon and repeated the problems with my order from the previous evening. Joshua was my server again, and he promised me he’d make sure my wings were actually«wet style». I waited at least 20 minutes. My order finally came out, and foolishly I trusted that it was accurate. When I opened the bag, I found incorrect sauces, and not what I’d ordered. I checked all of the flavours and none were«wet» whatsoever — the pieces were abnormally small, too.(If I wanted small wings I would have gone to BWW!) When I called, Joshua answered, so I asked to speak to a manager. I heard him call for the MOD, and he said to her«the customer wants to talk to a manager and [he had] no idea why!». She answered, I explained, and hopefully my next visit will not be so underwhelming. Come on, y’all. I expect this low level of service from the Riverwalk(Riverside) WingStop. You can do better!

Very rarely do I re-review a location, unfortunately for the Wing Stop they lost major stars with me this evening. I arrived at approximately 745 and the order taker, I think his name was Nicholas, at least that’s what the receipt stated-he wasn’t wearing a name tag finished up with the guest In front of me and rather than acknowledge I was in line he went to the kitchen area(not once but twice) to talk to the cooks, about what I don’t know… Anyways he returned and still didn’t acknowledge me so I said hi how are you, could I please get… He proceeded to cut me off and asked if he could get my name. I gave him my name and proceeded to order. Luckily Nicholas had some sales skills as I almost forgot to order celery and ranch. I found it odd that he never smiled or made Me feel valued as a customer. Anyways I paid my bill and waited. It took approximately 10 – 15 minutes for my order which did come out correctly and had a nice presentation and tasted good too. This is one of my favorite establishments to have buffalo wings at but Unfortunately Nicholas ruined this visit for me.

I was here on August 1st(see attached receipt) and was satisfied with the service and the food. The food came out hot like I like it and the sodas were great. We had to wait a little bit to get our order taken and for our food to get there. But the place is popular and you can expect to wait a little bit when you come to a great place to eat. They might have been a little short-handed, but hey, you just deal with some things and you don’t always have to be super critical of everything you see right?

I’ve had a bad experience pretty much at Wing Stop I’ve gone to. I found a coupon for free fries so I decided to go in and order and see how it was. Ordered over the phone and I was told to have the coupon printed(at the end when I told them I couldn’t they said just come in; they still honored it). They guy working was in training but hey we’re all new at one point in time so I never mind dealing with newbies. Had to pay for ranch $ 0.75 when I ordered the wing only combo and the wings are like small little nuggets! I remember when they were bigger. You pay a lot per wing and they still give you the smallest pieces they can cut the wings into. Cajun wings are pretty good and this experience has been the best one I’ve had at a Wing Stop so far.

The food gets 4 stars but the service I have reviewed here multiple times really shouldn’t even get a 1. I have both called in my order and ordered at the store and it has been the same girl to take my order, I think her name is Ashley. Never have I felt so disrespected and given such terrible customer service in my life. She feels the need to reiterate the fact that they close at 10 and even if you arrive before 930 she is still rude. This place needs an update on the front staff because it makes me not want to come back. Unfortunately BWW is too far at times and this is the closest wing stop :(

I am a regular customer that has frequented this store since it first opened. Tonight I entered the store thinking I would enjoy my usual fare. The store hours posted on the entry door claims they are open until 10:00. I entered at 9:15. It takes 14 minutes for the order to be prepared, leaving me 30 minutes to easily finish off my order. I recited my flavors and sides to the cashier, who responded with my total and added, «This is to go.» I was surprised and asked, «Does it have to be?» She said, the dining room closes at 9:30, which was when my order would be ready. There were still customers at the nearby tables. Ridiculous policy. I canceled the order and checked the website of the Buffalo Wild Wings a few miles away and discovered that they are open until 1:00 am. It was win-win. For me I was able to order wings and eat them at my leisure. For Wingstop their staff was able to spend time without me in the way, cleaning up the dining room to prepare for tomorrow’s possible future customers. Wingstop franchises cost $ 1 million(see ). I find the marketing policy of turning away in-store business during open hours intriguing. However, I do not think that those investors interested in profits will be following their example of turning away dollars already within their walls.

Not impressed. I ordered ahead on line for a birthday party. I received an email confirmation for the order. My husband showed up later to pick them up at the scheduled time and they told him they did not have the order. After I spoke with an employee on the phone and told her I had an email order confirmation the story changed to… «the on line system was down and not working.» We ordered the 50 piece variety. The wings were all weenie and flavorless. They are overpriced for the product. They did not even offer an apology for not having the order. Waste of money.

Got off work yesterday(12−5−14) and decided to stop at this location(never been to this one before) thought I’d try it out. The inside is so huge so that’s a plus … A lot of young teens work there. Young lady took my order, she was a bit snappy and rude but that was okay because she said my order would be out in 9 minutes and it was !!! Fastest service I’ve had at any wingstop :)! The bad: while ordering I had asked if I could have a little extra seasoning on my Cajun fries and she said yes, when I got ready to eat, I opened my box to find all of my food OVERSEASONED :/. It was horrible, I ate one and instantly choked ! I could not even eat my meal but O was already home… Called the manager this morning, she didn’t seem too concerned, I had to practically BEGFOR A REPLACEMENTMEAL. Oh and to add to the bad food experience, she even told me I could only come in on a certain day before 5pm only. I work til 6 … Ugh This place is a no go for me. I love WINGSTOP though.
