Ai Tunes Karaoke

The facilities were about the only nice thing about this establishment. I went with a group of friends this past Saturday night with a reservation, and the room was not ready yet when we got there. The wait wasn’t very long, so no big deal there, but when we got to the karaōke room, the waitress immediately tells us that they’re understaffed and they have new management, which she was clear to point out she hates (that was super unprofessional). We went on a Scoutmob deal and made sure to call a couple of days ahead to confirm it would be honored, the new manager stated they would. The waitress was not aware of this and had to request a couple of times that the manager step in to verify whether he would honor the deal or not. He and the waitress initially said no, due to new management not honoring any previous coupons. He needed to be reminded that the deal was paid for ahead of time, and that he had already said he would honor it by conversation over the phone. Once he finally said yes, the waitress said she would start our time for when we came in, but we hadn’t started karaōke due to the mess surrounding the deal so we essentially got less time for karaōke than was paid for (they cut the entire system off when our time was up according to her record). The sound system did not work initially, the music selection in English was very limited, and one of the microphones kept dying, to add to the previous headache. The previous good reviews lead me to believe that maybe the new management might be the reason we received such poor service. This place isn’t far from where I live, so upon walking in I was happy to discover a potential hang-​out spot for the future, but my opinion was quickly changed. I will not be returning and don’t recommend it to anyone who regards good customer service as a must.

Soooo much fun. Girls night was a success. Great drinks, good food, and excellent company!

I went for the first time on Saturday for a birthday party, I had so much fun at the bar that I almost missed going into the room for the party. I will be back.

Went to AI Tunes last week for a bachelorette party and everyone had such a great time. Kim was our hostess for our private room and she was very attentive and provided us with everything we needed for a fun night and also with complimentary champagne! Drinks and food were good also. Can’t wait to go back!

Been going here for couple of years… Met a bunch of great people, enjoyed some really good food, and had some great experiences. And since then, the management continues to bring great service and customer dedication to the North Side of the perimeter. A great place to celebrate… almost everything. And it just keeps getting better.

I came here with a group of friends for karaōke on a Saturday night and there weren’t that many people here (no wait, yay!). The room was very spacious and the staff was very helpful with setting up the sound system. A few people ordered drinks (first karaōke place I’ve been to with an open bar). There is a free shot with Unilocal check-​in which is super awesome (I think 5 or 6 people in the group used this deal)… But there is a catch. You have to write a Unilocal review right then and there to use the offer.
Overall our friends had a good time. Sound system was good. Service was great. But the best of all, each of us only paid 3 dollars for the room!

Came out for my sister’s 45^th birthday we had an excellent time the food was good the music was awesome the wait staff was excellent if you are looking to celebrate or just come out for some clean fun this is the place to be now the music they don’t have everything but if you’re over 45 they got you come on out and celebrate and have a great time

I went here for my birthday… Just something different than a club/​lounge scene. Was referred by a friend. So glad I went… I reserved a room for up to 20 people and they helped me with my every need. They were even understanding to let me wait until all my party arrived even after my reservation time. It wasn’t that crowded in there which was a bonus. They only thing I would recommend is they update their songs but my friends and I enjoyed every minute of it… had sore throats the next day but it was worth it… Will be going again soon

we decided to give this place a try because we found a deal on scout mob which advertised for the lava rock and a variety of meats. When we got there, we were told they don’t have it anymore. We also were told they were out of a lot of the liquor and drinks, and that they were «limited» right now. We just were disappointed from the entire experience, as well as the ambience that kind of resembled a broken down strip club just with karaōke instead of nude girls. This place is the kind of place you would go to if its 2 AM and your hammered and just need a good laugh while making a fool of yourself singing in front of a few strangers.

I made a reservation for my birthday here and I don’t think they know knew it. Therefore customer service was already lacking to me. We were in a private room with 8 people and received a free shot if you check-​in on Unilocal.The karaōke system wasn’t loud and as much fun as the other place. The rating is pretty harsh once you’re done with the song. However their song selection contains the most popular one. I wouldn’t come here to celebrate a special occasion only if you’re tipsy.

Went for Mother’s Day and had a blast! We had a private room. Everything was great except it was burning up in the room! We had to ask 3 times before the AC kicked in. Other than that, I would definitely go back!

I even used my Unilocal coupon & received a free shot! The music selection was a bit off, but I loved that the singing was scored! I’d visit again!

Been here six or seven times to AI Tunes. So here is my review.
Theres a lounge right when you walk in the front doors. You can hangout here in the lounge if you did not want to karaōke. If you do want to karaōke then you need to make reservations with them. Theres a full bar and one pool table to the right. To the left is the hookah bar and the stage where the DJ is usually DJ-​ing. There’s also an outside patio for smokers. The crowd hanging in the lounge area is mixed (mostly asians and blacks).
KARAOKE: like I said before, if you are looking to karaōke then I suggest you make reservations in advance. They will not get you your Karaōke room until ALL of your party has arrived. Why? Because they start charging you by the hour the second you step foot inside the Karaōke rooms. Also, they will HOLD a credit card FIRST THING before giving you a room for safety measures incase anything is left unpaid (think crazy drunk friend who orders the whole menu and forgets they ordered anything. They have to charge someone.) Depending on your party it can range from $ 20(small party of 6 maybe) to $ 30(larger party) and up PER HOUR. They have a nice selection of American songs in English. Just type in whatever song title and/​or artist you want in the search field and if they have it, you can sing it. Everything comes out on ONE BILL/​CHECK. If you don’t want this then make sure your friends are paying right then and there if they happen to order a drink or food while Karaoking.
FOOD: The food there is surprisingly delicious! The korean chicken wings are TO DIE FOR! Extra crunch and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Soooo good!!! The alcoholic drinks are ok. Hit or miss so be NICE to the bartenders.
I miss Cassi the bartender. She was by far the best bartender IMO that was working there. She is no longer there. I recommend you come here yourself for the full experience. It can be pricey. They were a little understaffed the last three times we went. Or maybe they were just having a bad day those days but it was not so cool. Overall I love singing over anything, so three stars it is!

If you love to sing (poorly) like I do, this is the place to do it. Korean-​style private room karaōke is the ONLY way to do karaōke in my personal opinion. Grab several of your friends and let your inner Mariah or Whitney out in a soundproofed room, where the only people you have to be embarrased in front of are the ones you came with. The addition of flashing disco lights and light up tambourines really help the experience.
Ai Tunes has an excellent song selection, with a whole book of English songs, and their drinks are very very good. The only thing I was not impressed with was the food, (its all frozen and reheated) but that’s not really what I came for anyways.
My one gripe about this place is that they charge for bottled water and will NOT give you tap water. I have to haggle the guy for bottled water every time. It seems a little ridiculous to me to have to pay for water when I’m already spending so much on the experience.

OMG!!! YESS!!! Ai Tunes is not just like other Asian Karaōke around the town. It is equipped with a nice bar with awesome bartenders and they seemed to have extensive drink menu. Also, you can get hookah as well! As you can see in the photos, this place outside the karaōke rooms is decorated like a club.
There is also something very special about Ai Tune. The owner of Ai Tune, Martin knows how to treat his customers and makes sure that people have fun there. Seven of us were there and we all got free shots that prepared by the owner himself. I thought it was the sweetest thing!
Please, note that my friend complained that they have limited English songs. However, I highly recommend Ai Tune because of what they can offer. I totally love Ai Tune!!!

Solid place for karaōke! A bit of a drive from Buckhead, but there was a deal here so we went anyway for my friend’s birthday.
Bartender who gave us our free Unilocal check-​in shots was really nice and didn’t give us any gross plastic alcohol.
Room was big and worked great. A few songs I wanted weren’t there, but that’s bound to happen at some point. There weren’t many people in the main/​public space so I don’t know what it’s like out there, but the room was reasonably priced and a lot of fun!

I was really excited to hear of a new karaōke place not on Buford hwy, but was soon disappointed. The rooms are spacious & clean, but the karaōke systems never seen to work. For us Asians, those grades are just so important & grades in karaōke are no exception.
Both the hookah and food here are just okay. If you must come, come with a scoutmob deal or just save your money.
