Alexander’s Floors

Alexander’s Floors just completed installing hardwoods in my entire house. They were exceptional and phenomenal in all aspects of the huge job. Their workmanship, professionalism, was A++! They did a very high quality job. I cannot recommend then enough.

We recently received 4 estimates from different contractors to tear out the tiles in 1100 sq ft of our house and replace them with hardwood, it included the foyer, living room, kitchen and breakfast nook. Alexander Floors had the best price, and unlike the snake oil salesman that most other flooring companies will send for an estimate, he was very honest and up front about everything we needed to know and anticipate, he estimated the job would take about 2 – 3 days. 4 days later they received the wood that we ordered, they called us to setup a delivery time, and the next day they began working, And as promised, the job was completed in exactly 2 days time.
They did a beautiful job, the guys they had working on this were very courteous and professional, and were very meticulous with their work. They moved the furniture as needed, and when the job was done, they vacuumed and washed the floor and put all the furniture back in place.
I could hardly imagine a better experience than this. We are very grateful to Alexander floors for a great job, and superb customer service, and we highly recommend them to anyone wanting a good experience with a flooring company.

SUBPAR COMPANY: DON’T USE THEM. Alexander Floors installed Rosewood flooring in my house 8 yrs ago. When I moved, I found that the finish under all the area rugs (laid atop high quality pads) had discolored and were unsightly. They told me it was due to the poli aging differently (light exposure vs no light exposure). If that were the case, the flooring under the furniture would be the same color as under the rugs. The extra flooring I kept was the same color as the exposed areas, not the covered areas. Gave me a price to re-​finish that was more than I paid for the flooring and installation to begin with. What a rip off. Subpar company that doesn’t stand behind their work. As the headline reads: DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.
