Cupcake On the Rocks

The only good thing I can say is I received my cupcakes, better than Kim T. The service was terrible and I was embarrassed to serve the cupcakes to my guests, they were dry and flavorless I emailed back and forth with someone, I never received a name, phone number or greeting. They were curt and rude which made me look up reviews. From the reviews I realized this was going to be a difficult process but I had already bought a coupon and I didn’t want to waste it. After receiving a few emails informing me of extra charges, I outlined which charges made sense to me, and which seemed to be unfair due to the prices on the website and rules of the coupon. I never received any reply about my concerns. The next email I received was the morning the cupcakes were to be delivered only asking for my phone number. They were delivered to my grandmother because she lived in a closer delivery zone. They were rude to her (perhaps their biggest offense!) and they did not provide a receipt for services. My boyfriend is a pastry chef and was disappointed to break the news to me that the batter was from a box and there was no trace of alcohol. I had four different flavors and they were all terrible, out of 24 I threw 14 of them away. I was embarrassed but fortunately I have flexible friends so we went and bought ice cream. I’m sure Collen M. is within the company. There’s no way this place could be so hot and cold. This company is below professional, it’s barely a company. I know the competitive market in the Atlanta and I have no doubt they will go out of business, but better not to enable the inevitable, go somewhere else.

I highly recommend this company!!! Online ordering, lots of variety in the flavors, quick confirmation and easy ontime delivery! Everything went perfectly. Love the mini sized cupcakes!!! They said they would deliver between 12 and 2 and about 1205 she was at the door.
We ordered 8 dozen mini cupcakes so we tried about 12 of the flavors and the cupcakes tasted great. We got them at 12 and had them at around 5 – 6 pm so they were still moist and delicious. I don’t know what happened with Kim Fs, review– if it has to do with the alcohol ones or what, but ours were very moist. My favorites were the peanut butter with chocolate icing and the Oreo. We ordered 8 dozen cupcakes and had only about 7 cupcakes at the end of the night so they were a big hit. By far the most selected of the desserts. Everyone loved the smaller size because you had the ability to sample a variety of flavors– not something possible with the softball sized cupcakes you get at most cupcake shops. I also liked that they did not drown the cupcake in frosting. They have great packaging so all the cupcakes arrived un-​crushed and with perfect icing. The boxes even have little finger slots to make taking them out of the box easy without messing them up. I know that sounds silly, but we have done frosted cookies at parties that looked a little shopworn by the time they were plated up for the buffet tables. Desserts are part of what you count on to wow your guests and these little gems really delivered. We rented a five tiered display stand for the cupcakes and it was a tad big for the 8 dozen so I might ask them the next time we get cupcakes so it looks more full. I put a floral arrangement on the top tier and interspersed ribbons and flowers among the cupcakes on the tiers.
We had a party this weekend for teens, so we couldn’t do the signature alcohol infused varieties so I think we will do that for the next adult birthday party! Can’t wait!

Lucky you to who ever got there cupcakes delivered. I not only kept getting my delivery resceduled, I waited all day and never received a thing and they didnt even have the courtesy to call, I had to call them repeatedly and they were always rude. Needless to say I got a refund from my deal site. Beware if you want your order for your event or if you want someone to be nice to you.

I found this place through a deal website and had heard good things about it. Unfortunately, I guess I caught them at a bad time. From the time I bought the deal, until the time I realized I would not receive my cupcakes, they were outrageously rude. I never got my cupcakes because they had decided they were gonna deliver it whenever the felt like it, and not tell me. Whoever I spoke to on the phone never seemed apologetic. At one point, I was being blamed for the confusion. I was offered a credit for a future order and the site I bought this deal on refunded me for the problem. When trying to use my credit, i was told that I said that I didnt want it and because I got my refund it was null and void. They were not professional at all, on the phone or through email. I am always looking for new businesses to try and this apparently will not be one of them. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Cupcake on the Rocks rock! And they deliver! On Time!
The Pina Colada and Mud Slide cupcakes were fresh, moist and flavorful. I served them at a dinner party and everyone raved about the cream cheese frosting.
