Recently, I had the pleasure of tiling Ms. Johnson’s floors, so I got to witness the meticulous attention that she gave to every cake. After smelling all of her yumminess bake all day, she gave me a red velvet mini cake to take home. That poor beautiful little cake didn’t stand a chance. It was devoured within minutes of arriving home. Oh my! And for those of you who love the beauty of fondant, but not the taste, her made-​from-​scratch fondant is out of this world! If you’re reading this review, you’ve found your bakery.

Amazing sweets! I had an idea for my bday cake where I wanted red velvet, chocolate and vanilla all in one… on top of that I wanted buttercream and chocolate on the topping. I know, sounds amazing right?! Lol. Intimate Eats made this idea work and put it all together in 3 delicious layers. Best cake I ever tasted. Dont be fooled by cakes that look great outside and lose taste inside. Intimate Eats cakes have the great look and the great taste. Well done!
