I’m kinda embarrassed to post this but my Dyson was«broken». I let my cleaning lady use my Dyson and she«broke» it. Couldn’t figure out a way to fix it and she even offered to buy it from me(kinda that’s suspicious) but i ended up keeping it and watched several youtube videos with no luck. The brush just stopped spinning. I found the Dyson service center while looking for something else on Unilocal.I took my baby to the Dyson center. The gentleman was also very nice and assisted me in getting Dyson into the store. Mine isn’t the heavy kind but how nice of him. First thing he did was check to see it was under warranty and it was! Only to find out the reset button got tripped and all i had to do was switch it back. He also helped register me then sent me an email receipt. I will definitely go back here to get a bigger model… not sure what ill name him. Maybe Goliath like from the bible. Don’t be stealing my man’s name now nuh uh!!!

I just bought a Dyson(yellow) Ball upright. The price was the best in town. Better than the price was Jason, my salesman. He took plenty of time to explain the Dyson stem to stern. He bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Not only that, there was only a floor model attachment… they would have had to order this attachment for me. He GAVE it to me. The price beat every store in town… the service and warranty exceeded my wildest expectations. I’d go back … hands down. Great experience.

I visited the Norcross Dyson repair center. The gentleman who assisted me had just moved to Georgia and taken over the store. He was incredibly knowledgable, thoughtful and attentive. I almost forgot I was at a vacuum repair store. As I waited for him to finish with the customer ahead of me, I heard how he exercised something super rare in today’s world — he actually listened to the customer he was helping. He was empathetic and exceeded the expectations of the gentleman he was helping(the words of that customer, not me ad libbing). He was equally exemplary in how he helped me. I am now reunited with my Dyson. During its absence, I used another brand. I really thought the other brand was doing a decent job. That was until my Dyson came home.(People laugh that my vacuum cleaner and I are on a first name basis!!). My properly cleaned Dyson sucks — but in a great way. It is an amazing product and when properly loved, works far better than any other vacuum I have tried. Thank you, Dyson Norcross, for a great experience with an amazing product. You made the world of vacuum cleaner repairs more pleasant than I thought was possible. Best Mary

Great service and nice store. Toolkit Dyson here for warranty repair and it was turned around in about a day. Can also buy new Dyson products her or upgrade to a new one for a discount.

I took one of my Dyson vacuums there yesterday and it was pouring down rain. They saw me drive up and came out to carry my vacuum in the store. Jason and Dan were professional and fixed the vacuum on the spot ! I would definitely recommend using them!

I’ve read all of the reviews below and I concur. These guys are great. I brought in my Dyson that wasn’t working properly. They quoted me $ 125 approximately to fix it. Evidently, they found that I didn’t need a part, just an adjustment to a part. I went to pick up the vacuum and they did not charge me for the repair. The machine is working fine now and I couldn’t be more happy with it.

A visit to the guys at Dyson is exemplary of what exceptional customer service looks like. I have two Dyson’s and have really been appreciative of their quality and functionality. My oldest, the DC18 is about 7 years old; and it simply got tired. Parts that probably should have failed years ago finally had their fun meter pegged. My DC28 monster, used very frequently, and has been roughed up a bit needed a new head unit. It is about 5 years old. I took them in in a Monday, they were completely over hauled, tuned up and repaired by Wednesday. Looking brand new to boot. Addison and Dyson Dan were both fantastic guys to speak to, and work with. And here is the thing. Just because I own multiple Dyson’s, the boss threw in a couple parts. He had no reason to do it; it was just done out of courtesy and great customer service. When I showed up to pick up my two Dyson kids, Addison wheeled them into the show room, and then walked them out to my car with me. No charge whatsoever. Dyson truly does offer a great product. And they obviously treat their employees right, because the customer service is fantastic. So much so, I want to go back to the shop and buy another. One for each floor of the house! Or, one if those funky fans! Finally, go to this center if you want to buy a Dyson. Their pricing is better than I’ve seen anywhere.

Yay yay yay yay… ok…take a breath. Whew! I called to inquire about my dc07 not having the suction it used to. I had the pleasure of getting Addison on the phone. After describing all the things I had tried, he suggested I bring it in for him to look at. I took it in about 2 hours later. It took him a whole 2 minutes to figure out was was wrong. And then he managed to correct the problem in the next 5 minutes! Customer service was above stellar… will definitely recommend to others and will definitely be back! Thank you so much Addison!

Excellent service. .was in n out in 10 mins tops! At 1 glance they knew the problem(the rotating brush on the bottom stopped –motor issue) and they had the parts right there. .tested it and it worked and I was done.

Dyson for life! I was going to be up in Dunwoody so thought I would take my poor Dyson with a brush that stopped spinning months ago in for a checkup(I have a monthly housecleaning service so my house isn’t totally gross!). I walk in and am greeted immediately. Asked to fill out a tag and not 5 minutes later he comes back out plugs it in and says it needed a new brush. I was so happy, thought I would have to make the long drive again. Then tells me he will carry it out to my car… what about the cost of the service? Under warranty, no charge just be happy using my Dyson! Woo Hoo! So glad I went up there.

Went in today… As I burnt up the spinning part of my vacuum. I don’t know technical terms… But it smelt like expensive and rubber. I Unilocaled to find a vacuum repair and was pleased to find a Dyson specific shop… A little drive away but I figured best. When arriving to the shop I went in… Was greeted soon and the kind man asked to take a look at the vacuum as I filled out the information tag. He came back to show me a different part of my vacuum to wipe off every so often to make my vacuum run even better… I was very thankful to know that piece of additional information… He then vacuumed it out for me and as I waited to hear the diagnosis another man came out to get the info tag and even got a smile out of my grumpy toddler ;). It was maybe a minute and a half later when the first guy bring my vacuum back out… He said Ok we are set. I asked how much I owed and couldn’t believe he replaced it so fast. I was prepared for it to take atleast a day… He told me it cost nothing and if I wanted a break from vacuuming I could leave it a few days!!! Great service, friendly staff… I left on w much better mood… And now I also remember why I bought Dyson to begin with. 5 year warranty, top of the line product and awesome service. I might just return here to purchase another Dyson for my stairs at my new house!!! Thankyou to the 2 men I worked with today! The best this experience could be!!!

Dyson sucks!(But in a good way!) I have 5 Dysons — 3 uprights and 2 minis. I love my pets but hate their hair. I don’t vacuum, I Dyson! I rarely have an issue with any of my Dysons but the service center is always polite and speedy on the repairs. If they see you coming, they open the door and schlep your machine back to your car. While I was waiting, the customer ahead of me was offered to trade-in their machine for 40% off a new one. The new machines were brand new — not refurbished and still in the box. That is something to consider the next time when and if my first Dyson, a DC07 Animal that is over 10 years old ever dies of old age.

Excellent experience! I had clogged my upright Dyson and actually came across this service center on Unilocal!I called to inquire about warranty coverage and was told they would be able to determine that information by serial number and would not need proof of purchase.(Which was convenient, because I didn’t have it). While I was not excited to drive to Doraville from Midtown, the service center is conveniently located close to the highway. When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile and the technician helped carry vacuum in from the car. I was expecting to drop off and head home, but he fixed it ONTHESPOT! No need to make two trips! I can not express my gratitude for saving me that trip! I would recommend spending the money on a Dyson, you will not find a better vacuum… And the Dyson Service Center definitely matches that exceptional quality.

So impressed by the high quality of customer service, expert product knowledge, and efficient results. Santos listened, REALLY listened, to all my concerns, retrieved both dysons from my car for me, then MAGICALLY fixed my standup, right there in front of me. Santos then took the time to go over ALL my questions about cleaning rates, battery replacement vs. new handheld cost benefits, differences/advantages among each model for my specific needs, warranty benefits, and each of the DC animal attachments that my mother handed down to me. I love my dysons, my whole family is fiercely brand loyal: we are obsessive cleaners, very critical, w/high standards, and… The only thing more impressive than a dyson vacuum is the quality of service by Santos and the staff at dysons repair shop in Doraville.

My Dyson stopped working! With one dog and two cats, the thought of not having my vacuum for a week while it was being repaired was not an idea I could live with. I checked out the repair location that is nearest my home in mid-town, and decided not to use them. The Unilocal review was very negative. I looked further on the web for additional places that might service my Dyson vacuum. Through my search, I found Dyson Service Center Atlanta. I called. and they suggested I being in my vacuum and they would look at it while I waited. While I was not thrilled to drive to Doraville where the shop is located, I was so happy that I did. Dan and Morris looked at my vacuum and quickly determined the problem. Since they have hundreds of parts at their shop, my vacuum was ready in minutes. Plus in addition to replacing the non-functioning part, they cleaned my filter and the rest of the machine. The cost -$ 0. Dyson’s warranty is 5 yrs and they took care of all the paperwork for me. I’m so happy I drove to Doraville. Truly fast, good service with the proverbial smile! Thanks Dan and Morris
