If there were such things as half stars I would use it here. However, I will round up on the basis of what I had seen. This place has changed hands a few months back. It is your traditional what I call«cracker box» style modern apartment. It has outdoor corridors for entry purposes. Inside each unit are laundry hookups but they do have a laundromat on the premises if you aren’t able to invest in a washer/dryer combo. They have an entry gate that tends to break from time to time so it is easy for people to get in here. The company does fix it and they are good about service requests. The one bedroom units are small to say the least and comes with a small balcony. They do have a pool and a small indoor fitness center. You do need a car since the area surrounding it is so vast and easy to get lost in if you are not familiar with the locale. Yes you can hear neighboring tenants but that is to be expected. One of the main things is that if you plan to rent here, then you have a very short window to «lock in» the amount they quote you. Make sure to get everything in writing however, and ask questions if you aren’t sure about anything. Please note your rent does not include the amenity fee which varies according to the number of bedroom you are leasing. Also as part of your lease agreement you are responsible for paying your water, sewage, and pest at the same time your rent is due. You would normally get a statement for this. They do offer online payments but you are charged a convenience fee even if you draft an e-check. Again that amount varies on your form of payment. One thing I have learned that if you work in this area then it is best to live in this area since the interstates can be a nightmare getting back and forth to work. Please note these apartments are unfurnished except for your basic kitchen appliances.
