We needed to close on our house in a very short time span (approximately 20 days). Tara and her team provided service that made the mortgage process extremely quick and surprisingly painless. We got a great rate and their customer service was amazing. We were kept informed at every step along the way of the mortgage underwriting and approval process– never had to guess how things were going. Their application process was user friendly and they communicated well letting us know what additional materials were needed. Bottom line– Tara and her team respond quickly to emails and phone calls using an efficient, teamwork approach. They appeared to really care about us and getting this done foru s so that we could close on time. I’ve tried, but I can’t think of a single thing they could’ve done differently for us– they were that good.

Tara and her team were great! They got us an incredible interest rate, and they were very communicative via emails and phone calls and easy to reach throughout the process. Tara sent us regular updates as each of the milestones leading up to the closing were crossed off, and she was very helpful answering questions up front. I don’t think we could have had a better service than what Tara provided.
