Their website indicates Saturday hours are until 5pm, so loaded up and headed over at 4:30pm to find they were closed. Other people were also showing up and were displeased. At that point it was too late to find another store.

The customer service here is terrible. I walk in and they look like I’m bothering them, and they prepared my shipment as slowly as possible. The man that works here is rude and aloof. What should have been quick and painless was slow and brutal. Come here if you don’t value your time.

I drop off pre-​labeled boxes all the time with John at this store. I’ve never had any issues with handling or delays — really appreciate the great customer service!

I sent two separate shipments and each was under 1 lb, and they charged me $ 15 for each box. At USPS, a box of 6 lb going to the same location costs $ 11. Never going here again. I feel like I was ripped off.

The best UPS store I’ve been to. I went in to drop off a shipment and to also print out my resume on resume paper. Vinod and John were the friendliest people and were very quick in helping me. The store itself is very clean and well laid out. It is situated in a renovated shopping center with other great food places and stores. I will def come here again for any of my shipping and stationary needs.
