Wendy’s

Last few times I have ordered they mess up. Ordered the same thing… VERY Simple Chicken sandwich… Get charged and NO cheese…

Absolutely terrible location, had to go over our order 5 times with two different people and the only special thing we asked for was no topping on a sandwich. Another customer at the counter was returning food that was obviously wrong, as well after paying for our food they told us it would be a long wait to cook it, wish I had just drove away instead of fighting to complete my order.

NO customer service. Employee at drive thru was impossible to understand. Manager at the pickup window was too distracted and could care less that we were there. This place could use a few good lessons in customer service from Chick Fil A.

I very rarely dine it at a fast food place so my experience is defined by the accuracy of my order, freshness and the speed of the drive-​thru. This place is great! The healthy choices are fresh and crisp. My order is always correct and the burgers are usually well put together.

Unilocaling a fast food place can be difficult. The definition of fast food is to be in and out and if you want to dine in, to be simple and quick. Wendy’s has always been one of my favorite fast food places to go to and unless someone is terribly rude, messing up of order, or food is prepared completely wrong, it’s hard not to give it a 5 star. I’ll just say this place did not give me any negative impressions and was a quick order, pay, pick up, leave event.
The 4 star comes from my most recent visit to try out their Pretzel Cheese Burger. It was good. Not amazing. But if you are a pretzel lover, my guess is you will love this burger. The pretzel buns were prepared just right in my opinion and flavor blended nicely/​evenly with the meat, veggies, and cheese.

The quality of Wendy’s menu has increased drastically over the past couple of years.
The staff at this location are very helpful and tentative.
The building itself may need to be revamped. But other than that, everything is clean and fully stocked.

Have you been to Wendy’s lately?
I don’t know what they’ve done to their burgers… but something has changed for the better! This was the best Wendy’s hamburger I’ve ever eaten. Everything about it tasted deliciously different than I remember experiencing at this Redhead’s place before! It was so good that I literally pulled the bun off the burger to examine the contents, puzzled as to if I was in the right store. The meat was well seasoned and came with a awesome new bun. Even the condiments were better and more flavorful, almost like they combined to form a «special sauce».
I was so impressed with this burger I had to speak to the manager and he informed me Wendy’s changed their formula for their burgers and almost EVERYTHING else (including the buns & condiments). It was definitely noticeable and I applaud Wendy’s for the change. FANfreakinTASTIC and a game changer for fast food burgers in my opinion!!! They even serve the new burgers in upright holders so you can see what you are getting which I thought was pretty cool. This is about as good as a fast food chain gets.
It’s no Bocado Stack Burger (holla Atlanta), but it’s bigger & half the price, plus no need for valet AND it is by far much better than other fast food burger choices, including 5 Guys. You really need to check this new and more flavorful burger out. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!!!
