I should give it 0 star. They are soooooo slow. I order just 3 hash brown and they make me wait at the reserve drive-thru for 10 minutes

Every time I go through this drive-thru, I wait at least 10 minutes to get my food. They always mess up my order. The nuggets are usually old and taste horrid. The fries are decent and apple pies are often 50 cents late a night. This is not a place I like going especially on a busy weekend.

Don’t go here with or without kids! Ear-piercing screams from playyard are magnified by hard acoustics. My baby was petrified and even my four-year-old who’d begged for the playground couldn’t stay in the room as it hurt her ears! Then, until today I’d never believe there was a McDonald’s(let alone with a playground) with no diaper changing station in either bathroom… Well, here’s a first. And yes, it disgusted me too to change my baby on a dining table(on our changing pad) but I’m not gonna sprawl out on a bathroom floor! GROSS! AVOID!

Unilocal really needs negative ratings. For the record, this rating is –5 stars. This location is unfortunately convenient for me. I’ve been here countless times. And each visit has never been up to my satisfaction. The cashiers are lifeless. The runners seems a little overwhelmed… fast food is all about providing quick, efficient, & accurate orders. It’s not one or the other. My most recent visit was kind f annoying. I order a large blueberry pomegranate smoothie(pictured) & a large mocha frappé. Both were not full. as shown in the picture. On the frappé, she just filled the rest up with whip cream. If you’re rushing but not up to par with your food & service, then maybe you should take it down a notch. Drive thru at this location is one of the crappiest I’ve ever been to. I got to the window, asked for some grape jelly…& was told to pull up & someone will bring it out… forreal? For some damn grape jelly? All she had to do was reach over and grab some. Forget that… I don’t have time to sit there and wait for some damn grape jelly. Like seriously… wtf? Customer service at this location sucks altogether. Whether it’s drive thru or inside, something will always go wrong. Numerous times, I’ve sat at the speaker for at least 5 min, and still no greeting, no sign of any o/t on duty… I’ve worked at McDonald’s for a while and it’s simple. O/t takes the orders. The first window takes the money. The second window hands out the food with a smile and a courteous attitude, along with any needed condiments. Then you thank your customers. Simple. At this location, you will get the complete opposite. I don’t believe I will ever waste a dime at this poorly managed establishment again.

How can you do such a poor job running a McDonald’s? You’d think these places could run themselves. I moved to this area about 18 months ago. We had just moved into our apartment and had no food. McDonald’s was close and I ordered a bunch of food(about $ 20 worth). I ordered inside and It took like 15 minutes and they forgot several items. I have gone here about 10 times and every other time there is a issue with my order. I really don’t understand why there are two order windows. It creates congestion. It’s not like they can make the food twice as fast as taking the orders. Also, one time I pulled up to the window on the right and no one took my order. My drivethru orders have been messed up ranging from: — Missing items — Under cooked fries — Over cooked fries — No napkins — No straw for my soda — Being overcharged — Having to wait long — Not making my sandwich with no mayo — VERY rude employee handing me my food. This McDonald’s is located in such a location that once you exit onto the road it is almost impossible to go back to fix your order. I complained on McDonald’s website several times. Each time the regional manager(some old lady) would call me to apologize. A few times she sent coupons. However, at one point she said, «Print your email confirmation and tell them to give you free food based on what you ordered.» Yeah thanks, I’m not going to the McDonald’s to say, «Hey, I’m that guy that was mad about last time. Give me free food.» I’m sure I’ll get great customer service if I demand free food. I hesitate to even stop here anymore. It is next to a QuickTrip and at least the staff at QuickTrip are fast, reliable, and friendly.
