We were ordering dinner for the family and decided to walk in to order, it was 7:30pm on a Wednesday night, there were people still inside the restaurant and it was obviously still open. We went to go open the door but we could open the door partially because the door was locked halfway down the door. We tried a couple more times opening the door and the employees were obviously and there was no sign or anything to indicate why the doors were closed. We went back into the car and just went thru the drive though. Ordered a bucket of 12 pieces with 4 large sides and potato wedges. We were told there was going to be a 20 minute wait if we wanted the crispy chicken. This isn’t the first time they run out of chicken. Fortunately, they ran out of just crispy chicken there are other times when they run out of chicken in general. HOW and WHY?! After returning home, the original chicken was overcooked and the sizes of the chicken were tiny.

Sorry service. Doesn’t close until 10, but they will ignore u at 9:30. About to call the national # & call them. Apparently this is a habitual problem. I normally don’t eat fast food. But I was craving some good olé’ fried chicken

Usually when it’s 9:30 and you call a restaurant to ask what time they closed, and they say«we close at 10:00» I usually take that to mean«we can still serve you til 10:00.» I guess I know better now… This location told me that all they have left are pot pies and strips… This chicken place that closes in 20 minutes couldn’t give me chicken… Imagine my disappointment… They couldn’t tell me before I drove to their location that«we don’t have chicken» or «all we have left are strips, sides and pot pies»
