Taco Bell

I know it’s just fast food but it’s barely fast and and it’s extremely sloppy… also zero customer service… You get what you pay for I guess but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Service was quick. People were friendly. And my Mexican pizza was STACKED with beef cheese and tomatoes definitely above corporate standards.

I give 3 stars to Taco Bell in general and 1 star to the management at this Taco Bell. I have lived in the area for about 18 months. I have been to this Taco Bell about 6 times. Almost every time I have watched the same manager disrespect an employee in a very condescending way. The first time I went here I ordered something with no sour cream. They forgot and I asked for a new one with no sour cream. It was not really a big deal and this happens all the time. I worked in food — you get programed to make things by their default ingredients. The manager came over and was like, «Sir this is not okay, I will make it right.» He them proceeded to scold the cashier that took the order for not reminding the cooks. This manager has a serious power complex. I tried to explain that the mistake was my fault and that I didn’t mention no sour cream to the cashier but the manager was all pissed off at the employees.
Most of the other times I went to this Taco Bell I observed this manager scolding an employee over something that appeared very trivial. I was a manager in a restaurant and this is not an effective way to manage people. The manager here appears to talk down to employees like they are nothing.
I stopped going to this location.

A) Is it bad that I review a Taco Bell?
B) Is it bad that I have gone to this Taco Bell more than any other one, and it is 20 miles from my house?
Right off 85, this T-​Bell is nice because it has been renovated, and is always clean. When I also go, there usually is not a crowd.
I knocked off a star though because they still operate slow sometimes, even when it is not crowded.
They are very friendly, and overall I am pleased.
I think it is cool they have $ 2.49 value menu items as well– too bad I would need like 5 of them…

This one’s close to the highway and didn’t serve me nasty old tortillas. Taco Bell will probably never be a five-​star joint, but this one’s somewhat better than most.

Hey, it’s cheap and fast… and everything Taco Bell should be.
For quick eats after a day at the car dealership (see my other reviews to come) and dealing with a lot of hassle, it’s nice to not have to cook.
Yeah, it’s not really mexican food, it’s by no stretch of the imagination *good for you* but it’s there… and it’s better than having to cook for yourself? Yes. We’ll go with that.
