I would highly recommend Sal to anyone seeking to achieve their fitness goals. His workout routines are challenging and exciting. But I think where Sal stands out from other trainers is in his compassion and his willingness to customize workout regimens for each client. He is very knowledgeable in corrective exercise techniques and he helped me to rehab and strengthen my TFL muscle after an injury. I doubt I would have received that personalized attention anywhere else and I am very grateful for his assistance and his positive and motivating attitude during my recovery. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a top trainer who is more concerned about helping you rather than taking your money, look no further than Sal.

Sal has been my personal trainer for almost a year now and he has helped me transform my body! I was not into working out at all until I started working with Sal. He is so knowledgeable about anatomy and all of the different systems that work together in producing optimum health, he’s always learning more and incorporating it into what I need. He’s super creative with different workouts, it never gets stale or old with Sal, he changes it up often while still keeping track of my progress. Sal is one of the most enthusiastic people I have ever met– which is really helpful when I’m in the thick of it and want to give up. He never lets me! He is also really supportive– checks in often about how I’m feeling and if there is any minor tweak during training, he remembers to ask about it and makes sure to modify during the next session. Sal is hands down awesome at what he does. I highly recommend him.
