We Would not recommend this place for young kids. It’s hard to even give it a one star.
Dan Nichols pushes them too hard and it causes them to get injured, which he does not take responsibility for. We know of many kids that have gotten injured. Some adults as well.
He is not very professional and on top of that he does not have insurance, so if you get injured, any medical expenses come out of your own pocket, plus the frustration of not being able to work out or play a sport.

I trained with Dan about six months ago. He’s a consummate professional who is really good at what he does. His facility is clean and organized and with just enough of the basics — free weights, kettle bells, ropes, bands, row machines, ellipticals and other multifunctional equipments.
Depending on your fitness goal, he will assess your fitness level, body fat percentage, and eating habits and custom-​design your workout plan.
My workouts were tough and I’m sure I exasperated him with my complaints, but he kept me on point. He keeps you motivated using his good-​natured humor while you’re about to drop dead and possibly cursing him in your head. Well, he can be a drill sergeant… just sayin’. But, you suck it up because he’s just doing his job.
His facility gets busy around 6pm as most train during that time and so sometimes getting your preferred hour might not be feasible so a little flexibility on your part is crucial, especially if you want to train with the same trainer.
I think they’re pricier than some of the trainers I’ve shopped around for but I think it was money well spent. And they were came with high recommendations from a friend.
