Ever since the location in my hometown closed, it’s been a treat to come up here and snag some bagels. My favorite has always been the French toast bagel!
I enjoy the sandwiches if I’m in town wanting a lighter lunch. The sweet treats are decadent as well. The coffee is just alright, it’s not amazing, but it’s not terrible.
The only complaint I would have is that I wish they were open later– but it is a breakfast/​lunch establishment so I can’t expect too much.

The bagels were scrawny, light, airy. Not good but not bad. The coffee was absolutely terrible. Nothing close to a dark roast available, the Breakfast Blend actually tasted like it was raspberry flavored. Watery, yuck. Not drinkable. Service was slow. These new owners need to get up to speed. Won’t return.

My entire cross country team came in 5 minutes after close, and they still graciously and politely severed us. Three very wonderful employees provided amazing customer service even though we were «those people.» We were grateful (hungry) girls that really appreciated it!

Stopped into Big Apple to grab the family some breakfast. I picked up some muffins — chocolate chip, cherry, cherry cheese cake, and banana nut. They also have mini muffins, which are perfect for kids! Everyone enjoyed the muffins! I also have a cup of their breakfast blend coffee. Overall the food and service were great! I would recommend this to others. Seems like a nice place to hang out for breakfast — nice and comfortable.

Put way less cream cheese on bagels. Or ask how much a person wants. Like «light, medium, heavy». Another thought is to use a measuring device for cream cheese so you don’t accidentally over do it.
Also for the BLT I only had one slice of tomato and a single piece of microwave bacon. Hardly any lettuce either.
Please really work on this since we don’t have many breakfast places around here. I was very excited when you reopened. You just may need a little tweaking.

I’ve lived on the east coast and had their bagels, I’ve lived on the west coast and had their bagels, and then I came here and wanted to cry. Aside from being over priced, the food was bland and frankly just disappointing. The soda machine was also broken. While this place isn’t very good, I doubt the people around here have experienced real bagels, and would therefore not know any better.
