Did not do a very good job on my haircut. I expected better, but my best friend told me that my hairline in the back was all jagged and poorly shaped. I only asked for a buzz cut guys. Make sure you do better next time.

Probably the best/​cheapest haircut I’ve gotten so far in Norfolk. You can’t beat a $ 10 fade. Will definitely be coming back.

First visit to Davenports based on Unilocal.Got a very good cut and shave for $ 10. Mr. Davenport has been cutting hair for 56 years, it’s what he did right out of high school, and still gives an excellent service.
One tip… when he turns your chair and asks, «what are you thinking?», he’s asking what kind of cut you want, not for you to go into personal stories! Oh well…
Will definitely be going back.

I have been going to Mr. D for 25 years. I love the down home feel of this barbershop. Mr. D is a Norfolk and Ocean View Staple. I look forward to coming here and seeing Mr. D. My son also loves Mr. D!
One day we were in there doing his homework and he was next in line. There were no other customers waiting in line (big surprise because there is always a line for Mr. D.) and Mr. D. came over and helped him for 5 minutes with his homework. Now that is service !! I love Mr. D. He is like a member of my family it seems like.
Definitely go to the is shop and don’t forget to ask for MR. DAVENPORT!
