I would’ve given it two stars but I’m going to give it another try with Carol instead.
This was my first time here and I got a full acrylic set done by Lucy. The wait time was very short. At first she was very nice and chatty but then as soon as I politely mentioned something about one of my nails, she went off and her whole persona changed. I could tell she was irritated and she didn’t say anything the rest of the time. After picking my color and inquiring about the 3D art, she told me not to get any 3D nail art because I took long enough picking out my color. Smh Then, she rushed and finished my nails without a care to touch up the polish around my cuticles or get the hair that was stuck to my polish (which I told her about). I wasn’t rude in any shape or form but CLEARLY she doesn’t like you to make any requests. Since I’M paying my HARD EARNED MONEY, I’m going to be sure to make sure I’m happy…& it’s best to do it BEFORE, you’ve done all of your hard work as well. ???
Anyways, afterwards, my friend was getting her nails done by Carol and we all started chatting. Carol was so friendly and down to earth and I really liked my friend’s nails so I’m going to try this salon again, I’m just going to go to Carol or Phuong. I WILL NOT being going back to Lucy.

I LOVE THIS NAIL SALON, I ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE! If you’re looking for a nail salon this is the place. Fong always does an amazing job and is really creative with nail dedigns. They also do a great job waxing eyebrows. The shop is always clean and everyone is friendly and professional. There are a ton of nail colors to choose from. The prices are reasonable and I always leave happy.

I was looking for a salon that did designs.
This salon is located in Walmart. It was not crowded but had a few people getting their nails done.
The service was good. Friendly staff, but not too friendly since I like to just sick back and relax when I get my pedicure. The price was definitely good for a gel pedicure with design.
There is a guy that does designs, and the staff told me it’s better to call ahead to make sure he is there when you go in. I showed him the picture of what I wanted on my toes, and he humbly told me it might not turn out exactly like the picture, and if I don’t like the outcome, he can change it. I’m not too picky, and I was satisfied with the design outcome. Also it gave me a peace of mind knowing it could be changed if I didn’t like it. So thumbs up for customer service.
Conveniently located; I dropped off my car at pep boys for a service and walked across to Walmart for pedicure, came out just in time to pick my car up!

Prior to her doing my nails I tried to tell her what I wanted as a customer and what came out from her mouth is «it’s a process step by step» wow ok. The signature pedicure spa was too quick and I had to tell her I didn’t like the way my toes were done she needs to listen to the customer and NOT get FRUSTRATED which I got from her

Great place did really good work fun place they actually talk to you and have a ton of colors! I had fun and left very happy! Will be back in two weeks!

It was amazing! They were really nice and actually talked to you about stuff while they did my nails. They knew exactly what I wanted and their prices are AMAAZING! They have sooo many color options and the guy there did an amazing job on the designs, he’s able to do so many cute things! I will definitely be back

The worst expierence ever. I went in for a full set and the length I wanted they was trying to charge me 30 for and it wasn’t even half a nail. Than I was trying to decide what I wanted and he cut my nail very short and it was crooked and when I told him I wasn’t satisfied he was speaking and I didn’t understand and started to cut all my nails off. Hes very inpatient… I told them I wanted my acrylic thick and he did it very thin like they trying to save acrylic. if I could gave them no star at all I would have. my worst experience ever… Mind you not they do rush jobs smh they more of quantity than quality.

It was my fault because I didn’t ask if u wanted 2 get ur toes nails cut round or not, I apologize I just think that because when I look at your toenails it looked like you have ingrown so in my line of work I usually go ahead n cut it off, so u can feel better later, but you right I should have ask you if u wanted 2 get ur toes nails cuted round or not! Once again, my bad!

I am in Norfolk, VA for job training and was in need of a manicure and pedicure. I did look for nail salons close to my hotel online and I figured this nail salon, that is conveniently located inside of Walmart could be a one stop shop for me because I did have other shopping to do. I did call the Walmart location to ask the name of the nail salon so I could check out reviews, but customer service told me the name of the salon was simply «Nails» and regret not asking for further information. When I did arrive, there was only one other customer and I was asked to sit in one of their chairs right away. Once my nail technician started working, he did not seem like he knew what he was doing. Once he started scraping at my nails, something that in all my years of receiving pedicures, I have never experienced, I did not feel confident in his abiliteis. He started cutting the corners of one of my big toe nails totally changing it’s shape into a shape a did not ask for, nor did I want. I was not asked if this what I wanted either so I immediately asked him to stop. I was left with a crazy looking toe nail and there wasn’t anything they could do to fix it. I offered to pay for what had been done already and thankfully they refused. I left the salon extremely frustrated with the quality of service I had just received. Nothing against the nail technician, I just think he needs more training. Go somewhere else for your pedicure!

Excellent eyelash extensions and eyebrow waxing! Not so good nail services and pedicures. Prices are reasonable service is quick and friendly.
