This place is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to use there services. I made an appointment and when I showed up, they told me they are running behind and i would have to reschedule. Extremely rude and poor work ethic. No respect for their clients time.

Elite is my favorite salon in the Norfolk/​VA Beach area! Love my hairstylist, Chloe! She does amazing work! She always makes my experience relaxing and very enjoyable. Always creates the perfect cut and color! «Yas Kween!»

Ive been a client with Elite for years now and I just can’t say enough good things about the spa! Best massage and facials I’ve ever had, and I’m picky. Go regularly for nail services and am ALWAYS pleased with the results. The salon is beautiful and VERY, VERY clean. The staff is always cleaning «something» in between customers. Customer service is fantastic. Greeted warmly (and by name) and offered a beverage. My personal belongings (coat, purse, shoes) are always secured by a staff member and are moved by them from station to station if I have more than one service. I’m confused by the comment by a previous reviewer stating there are purses and coats on the floor or in clients laps as I have NEVER witnessed that in all my years of enjoying services there. (Although I’m unaware of any «coat closet» there is definitely a coat rack!)

The best spa in the area for any and all spa, and hair needs! My hairstylist is Magan, and she has been doing my hair for about 5 years now, and I just absolutely adore her! She is a truly an artist with her work, and the best at what she does! I have never left the salon being anything less that extremely (sometimes overly) satisfied! She does the most amazing job on my hair, no matter how drastic of a vision I have for what I want my hair to look like! She fully succeeds all expectations I could ever want from a great hair stylist! I 100% recommend Magan to everyone for any of their hair needs!

Beautiful, bright & sparkling new salon location in the heart of Ghent! Official Grand opening of the new location brought me in for a real treat! Lexie was excellent with waxing & Lana was gentle & meticulous with a relaxing and pampering pedicure! I will recommend to all my besties!
