Gave me a square up when I didn’t even ask for one and it was uneven and lopsided. I’m pissed AF. Haven’t had one good haircut hear yet. This place is full in amateurs.

Took my five year old here. The girl cutting his hair was doing this weird twisting motion with her scissors while she was circling my son’s hair whorl. I later found out that she was cutting a small bald spot into the back of his head. Good stuff. At least she was really nice while doing it.

Ive gotten 2 hair cuts in the last five months, both from here, and the first one when they took more off the top then i asked, i said ok, maybe i wasn’t specific enough, but then today i got a hair cut, and i had to make an account because Im so upset. If i specifically tell you to take nothing off the top, and that I havent cut my hair in months because of what happened the last time, and that i was growing it out, WHY WOULD CUT THE TOP!!! I am never going back there, and I right now i feel like i never want to et a haircut ever again because of this place.

Great Clips is… great! They listen and do good work, they have notes in their computer and so you can pretty much get the same haircut no matter who you see — that said we really like Vee.
I have curly hair and they do nice work working with my insane mane. We are regulars.

I was very apprehensive about getting my hair cut today, but V was in, and she comforted me quickly and was very eager to make sure I was happy with any decisions I made. She cut my hair exactly how I asked, not the way she thought t should be. The other staff members were super supportive and now can look forward to cutting my daughter’s and husband’s hair! I’d give more stars, but the site ran out.

Been going here off-​and-​on for a few years now. My wife has always been happy with the haircuts I’ve come home with. I’ve had several different people cut my hair, but they seem to be able to work pretty well from the notes left in the system to keep it consistent.
I had gone in a few weeks ago for a cut, and had purchased one of their Tea Tree products, but left it on the counter. I called when I got to the house, and asked if they could hold on to it until I could get back the next day. No problem. Unfortunately, the next day turned into roughly three weeks… When I walked in a couple days ago, we were greeted by the same stylist who came right out to the waiting area and handed us the item I had bought 3 weeks prior, we didn’t even get a chance to ask about it. That is fantastic customer service.

The people here are pretty cool and they haven’t messed up my do yet! (knock on wood) The environment is nice and lively and the cost is very reasonable. I’ll keep coming back until I have a reason not to.

Have been getting my hair cut here for about a year now. Never had any problems. Hair cut is $ 12 and they always do a good job.
