Arrived Christmas Day and the lady at the counter was borderline rude. No friendliness no warmth nothing.
Car had 40,000 miles on it but no biggee. It had the smell cars do after they detoxify it from smokers. It was really strong at times after it sat closed for awhile.
Standard rental car pickup. Turn the key and the A/​C is blasting at full blast and the radio is set to some loud station at ear piercing level.
Upon return the agent was ok but when he inquired if the car was ok we mentioned the smell. Well we had 2 hours after pickup to return the car to the airport and get another so it was our fault.
Note: This is one place (there are some out there) that require you to produce a gas receipt.
