Yes, I’m reviewing a hot dog cart. But, this place stuck with me.
Me and my husband went to the music & arts fest and found this HOG N DOG cart, decided to give it a try. The severs (i think they were the owners) were very friendly, and genuinely appreciated our business. Cool people!
Their all beef hot dogs were top notch. My husband got all the toppings piled on and almost finished it before i could even touch mine. I was excited they had dirty chips too. for $ 3 per hot dog, it wasn’t a bad price. Good sized & good quality.
Giving it 4 stars ONLY because the menu could use some more items, but I like their simplicity.
I will be back when I’m in downtown norfolk. i will find you Hog N Dog cart. till next time.

Great dogs and excellent homemade BBQ. The best food cart downtown for sure. Definitely stop by and grab a quick bite.
