Waited nearly 15 minutes at the drive thru window for 3 burritos and a mini quesadilla. After waiting all that time they forgot one of our items. We went inside, and they gave us another bag with the wrong item. How hard is it to do your job? The management skills must be lacking.

3 of us went there and all 3 got wrong orders. Not only that but the front counter stops mid order to go and do other stuff. Complete trash of a kfc. Won’t be going back.

Was difficult placing our order as the cashier was not speaking loud. We were also informed they were out of flour, crispy chicken, sierra mist and hot sauce. Once we placed the order it took 20 minutes to get our food. While waiting others in line were getting impatient. One customer commented and a female behind the line said something«under her breath» and the customer heard. They continued to argue without the manager intervening that was 3ft away. Once she asked for a manager the made us aware she was there the whole time during the argument. She apologized and only said that she was out of town and nothing got ordered. Not sure what kind of manager leaves a store without anyone competent to run it while away. We don’t plan on coming back to this location and will definitely question it the next time someone mentions a KFC.

Slowest and worst service at any Taco Bell/KFC I’ve ever been to. Been several times to give them a few chances but was terrible every time.
